I understand Spencer doesnt intentionally start the fires, but how has he not received any criminal charges? The Seattle fire department is well aware of Spencers unintentional fire starting, and if hes such a burden why dont they slap him with some fines or a little jail time?

It was even more funny how his Spencer doll caught fire live on iCarly! I also loved that when the roller skate caught fire. Carly just decided to roast a hot dog on his flaming skate, and she didn't even try to help put it out! That was too funny!

1) HOW would a VERY RECENTLY EXTINGUISHED FLAMING COBUSTION all so soon CATCH FIRE AGAIN
AND
