My vote always goes for the Hurricane episode which was part of a three part special carried over Empty Nest, The Golden Girls and I can't remember the other show. (You have to be a real fan to know that) Anyhoo. It was the telethon for Save The McGinley Lighthouse and Blanche says, Now before we end this telethon I just want to say to that man I cut off of the express way today. My toll free number is flashing on your screens: 555-EASY! I remember when that episode aired and I couldn't breathe I was laughing so hard.

One of my most favorite Golden Girls moments to this day is when Blanches brother is coming out to the rest of the girls and he says, and hed bend over backwards for me! Instantly after that Dorothy grabs Sophia and puts her hand over her mouth, because she knew she would say something witty yet inappropriate. Then, when everyone is looking at her, she goes I just love to hug my Mummy. Gets me every time!

One of my favorite scenes is when Sophia rented porn, and Dorothy caught her and just as Blanche and Rose walk in she accidentally huts fast forward. Dorothy and Rose watch in shock while Blanche and Sophia enjoy it, then she hits reverse and Blanche admits that she has done that and her excuse was It was his birthday!

I always loved the scene were Rose, blanch, and Dorothy are at the museum and there's a mime and Rose says her uncle or dad was a coal mimer and Dorothy thinking she misspoke and tries to correct her and Rose explains that after hurting his back he'd go down in the shaft and pretend to mine I've always laughed at that scene

All these scenes were classics but one of my honorable mentions is when Blanche's brother was getting married to his partner and says the line I love him and he would bend over backwards for me The moment Dorothy grabbed Sophia and covered her mouth I was in tears cause she knew what was coming.

I love the Golden Girls this show got better for me with Age. So funny and relatable to a certain degree. Being a caretaker for my grandfather whenever he does not want to do his physical therapy exercises I tell him shady pines if you chose not to use it.
