Im sorry, but am I the only one who thought that the series finale of 13 Reasons Why was actually too happy? Like everybody just goes on and lives normal lifes, even though they literally covered up a murder in the previous season and got away with it with no repercussions. Justins death was sad, no question, but I honestly would have been more surprised if he managed to live a happy life, especially since his life was just full of darkness and in the world of 13 Reasons, Justin getting a happy ending, to me, would not have been realistic; I might be a little bit biased because I just had a feeling that Justin was going to die in the final season.

I know there is a lot of people who dont know Veronica Mars but its really one of the best teen dramas and let me say this when it ended for the first time isnt not like a finale cuz logan and Veronica was broken up but lt ended with a smile so you can think that they will got back together and years later we got a reboot movie and it ended perfect and happy and when I heard about the new season I knew things gonna go wrong I didnt watched the new season cuz I learned that Logan will die and my heart cant deal with watching that so I am gonna live With the happy ending

Boy meets world should have been number 1. I cry every time I watch that episode. I cry especially when Shawn tells Mr Feeney that he never gave up on him. I had a teacher like that in high school. We need more teachers like Mr Feeney. That is the saddest teen drama series finale in my opinion.

I'm sorry but Veronica+Logan deserve to be ranked MUCH higher, um, as does Glee(I mean, we can always get lucky+have it like Logan went into Wit Seg or the military equivilent, it could cheekily and they're above it but they could make it a nightmare. Plenty of faked deaths 09er Michael Weston n he has to do it to save her life/ something and she tracks him down in Europe!

I have to disagree with one thing. Now, I'm STILL a huge Buffy fan, but that last episode wasn't really sad (TBH, the entire season 7 sucked. no pun intended. Instead, Degrassi should have made the top 10. I'd say #2 (I never watched Dawson's Creek, but know enough where I can see it as #1. From Drew getting support from his classmates to Adam Torres. yeah, definitely #2.

Just these little clips having crying! Almost my entire childhood is on here! With a couple exceptions. My so called life still bothers me! That was absolutely my favorite show when it came out and I still watch it to this day. but I want more! A reboot where Angela is a mom now or something to tell us what happened.

10. I was more pissed than sad about Logan dying on Veronica Mars. But a great plot twist would be if he didn't die at all because technically it wasn't shown.

You never watched Skins right? Charlie and Emma weren't even characters from the series, they were new characters added for Rise, the important one there was Cook. Also what made Skins Fire/Pure/Rise awful and sad is the way they killed Naomi, who was indeed a beloved main character during series 3 and 4.

the originals was so good i liked it even more then vampire diaries the finale was just superbe and did so justice to elijah and claus characters. maybe the reason why i like legacies way less is i feel nothing can live up to the originals finale

Angel's (The buffy spin-off) ending should've been up here. I think it was sadder than Buffy's ending IMO. If you have never seen Buffy or Angel, I cant recommend them enough. THEY ARE AMAZING. Way better than Twilight or TVD.

13 reasons why by far and its not even close.
Edit: Love the respect for Friday night lights. Favorite show of all time. Glad 13 Reasons Why was here. Id put it as #1 easily though. I cried so hard.

The fact that Ive only seen 3 out of 10 and 1 honorable mention doesnt make this list any better. The finale of tvd gets me every time I watch it. Same counts for Justins death. It was heartbreaking

The Buffy finale scene with Spike killing all the ubervamp and sealing the hellmouth with his sacrifice is epic. Chosen should be at the top of the list of best finales for all genres.

I didn't really grow up in the 90s seeing as I was five by the time the 90s had ended but I've seen Boy Meets World and I loved it and I most definitely cried at the finale.
