I really want a season 4 it was a little taken hard when the show ended without giving us more of the forbidden relationship between Diana and jerry. Or kakwet story line being pushed out more. Bash and the baby growing. instead we got more and more moments of Anne not really being so understanding of people when they under her like her angry with Gilbert wanting him to come to her and speak when she herself only wrote a letter too. Or how only Diana apologized to Anne when it was Anne who didnt really understand what Diana could be going through because she has a prefect life. I guess in those moments we could say Anne was just being a child but idk I wish we got more moments of the other characters.

Just started watching this new version and it is very good. One of my favorite moments was when Matthew went tearing off to find Anne after Marilla found her brooch and he was in Charlottetown and had been injured and taken in by the woman whose carriage he had crashed into and then he fell asleep in front of the orphanage since he had been on the go all day and hadn't eaten anything and him passing out in front of the door made it difficult for the matron's helper to open the door and when she finally got the door open and saw Matthew, she freaked out and assumed Matthew was a homeless person and he assured her he wasn't and he was taken in and told to clean up before meeting the matron.

There is one moments that I missed in top 10 moments. Not many people will think of this probably, or agree with it because it was so sad, but. I think it should aBsOLuTeLy include the scene in the attic of the orphanage where Anne went with Cole to find answers!
Although it was heartbreaking, I know as a trauma survivor and a therapist just HOW important that moment has to have been for Anne in processing and working through all the trauma she experienced in that place. To be there, to realise all that had happened to her, look the truth in the eyes, and then be held by a loved one.

Never could figure out how a fun and traditional set of readings we took
in school got turned into a series about an unbalanced, psychotic
orphan bent on making everyone's life unpleasant with her nasty self
absorbed behaviour but then. the news came on and there was a
story about woke women and their comments about issues of the day. The

I haven't looked at all 516 comments, but I seem to be the only one with this opinion. My favorite moment is when Mrs. Barry shows up at the front door to apologize after the wonderful and remarkable Anne has saved her daughter Minnie. Anne instantly goes from the outhouse to the penthouse in the Barry family.

Reading the books again and realizing most everything didn't happen the same way at all. Also makes some of the show makes no sense, like the school incident, and the purple broach incident, and a lot of other things.

The most sad part for me was when Diana broke up with Jerry. He liked her but she mostly didnt. it broke my heart when he said so your leaving because Im poor and your rich, and Im not good enough for you.

Such a shame this fantastic show was cancelled far too soon. I would have loved to see this version of Anne face off with the Pringle b! tches at Kingsport Ladies College. And smug Katherine/Catherine. LOL

The casting of this series was amazing. Every actor was perfect for every role, which made you feel like the characters were real people. I saw this series twice and am sad that we didn't get a 4th season.

I'm sorry kakwets story wasn't wrapped up in the show.
But I didn't realize I'd love this so show much. I got my daughter into it and she loves it as well. Excellent role model.

One of my fav moments in the show is when ruby shouted I love being a woman! and how they all celebrated being a woman. It's so empowering ang wholesome it made me cry.
