Yeah-yeah, yeah-yeah, yeah.
We have a choice to
Build or destroy to
Fight or to come together
Love is a bridge and
Trust is a gift, we
Give it and it gets better
There's an energy in the water
There is magic deep in our heart
There's a legacy that we honor
When we bring the light to the dark
Whatever brings us together
Can never tear us apart
We become stronger than ever
(When we just trust)
Trust and believe it
You'll see that, we'll lead the way
(When we just trust)
Trust and believe it
You'll see that, we'll lead the way
(When we just trust)
Trust and believe it
You'll see that, we'll lead the way
(When we just trust)
Trust and believe it
You'll see that, we'll lead the way
When you're broken, open up your heart and feel
There's no difference, we're all family here
Despite all of our doubts, all our up and downs
There is never really anything to fear
There's an energy in the water
There is magic deep in our heart
There's a legacy that we honor
When we bring the light to the dark
Whatever brings us together
Can never tear us apart
We become stronger than ever
(When we just trust)
Trust and believe it
You'll see that, we'll lead the way
(When we just trust)
Trust and believe it
You'll see that, we'll lead the way
(When we just trust)
Trust and believe it
You'll see that, we'll lead the way
(When we just trust)
Trust and believe it
You'll see that, we'll lead the way
Takin' the first step
I see you as myself
Nothing we can't do
Put the past behind
Learn from life this time
We can start brand new
There's an energy in the water
There is magic deep in our heart
There's a legacy that we honor
When we bring the light to the dark
Whatever brings us together (Whatever)
Can never tear us apart (Tear us apart)
We become stronger than ever
(When we just trust)
Trust and believe it
You'll see that, we'll lead the way
(When we just trust)
Trust and believe it
You'll see that, we'll lead the way
(When we just trust)
Trust and believe it
You'll see that, we'll lead the way
(When we just trust)
Trust and believe it
You'll see that, we'll lead the way
Kumandra, kumandra
Kumandra, kumandra
Kumandra, kumandra
Kumandra, kumandra

The most touching part of their final battle with the drunes is when they were already surrounded and almost had no hope left, raya had a flashback of the story that sisu told her. As she and her dragon siblings were in that very same situation 500 years ago. And then she realizes the real lesson her father and sisu's trying to tell her. Then when she told that to everyone they disagreed but then she took the first step and trusted namaari with her gem piece this movie is soooo damn underrated this is one of the best disney movies ever

I agree with all the moments you chose but the one I think you missed is where Raya, Sisu, and Boun all reminisce. Just before they arrive in Talon Boun says that during the day you can almost forget the Druun are there. He then asked what are Druun. Sisu proceeds to explain that they are a plague, born from human discord. Boun says the Druun took his family, Sisu replies they took hers too. They both then pick up flowers, one for each family member and set them afloat. Raya then puts one for her father. That was really deep to me.

Everyone saying Namari and Raya both ae to blame for Sisu's death, they are actually wrong. On a weapon like a gun or a crossbow, you never put your finger on the trigger unless you are ready to shoot. Her finger was on the trigger from the second she had the crossbow in her hands, as well we can see that right before Raya pulled out her blade Namari was in the middle of actually pulling the trigger, that tells me that she had every intention to shoot, and already was when Raya countered. The only one to blame, was Namari.

This movie is my favorite
I cried when chief Benja turned to stone, I cried when Raya took the first step and turns to stone with her friends, I cried when they all came back and reunited, and I cried when Raya and her dad reunited.
This movie changed my life forever because right now Im a senior in high school and for the past two years Ive made a lot of friends along the way. I loved this movie and it will forever and always be my favorite movie.

One of my favorite Disney animation films in a long time and Raya is the best Disney princess ever she is for sure expected to join the lineup saw the film about 12 times we are for sure going to get more from this film sequel or series is a likely case and cant wait for them to incorporate Raya and the Kumandra world into the Disney parks

I cried so much because i see my self in not only raya but also sisu because ive been backstabbed and betrayed many times that i have major trust issues and grief but also im sisu because i still believe and im still hopeful that something good can happen to me despite all ive went through, so this movie HIT me hard

This movie had one of the happiest and most feel-good ending I've EVER seen. Like, EVERYONE got a happy ending: Raya reunited with her father, everyone who turned to stone (human and dragon) came back, the Druun were vanquished for good, and Kumandra was beginning again. Every loose end tied up in a beautiful bow.

I really enjoyed this movie, however, IMO I wasn't a huge fan of Awkwafina's voice acting in this movie, just my opinion. It was still a great movie and yes I ended up being more into this movie than my daughter who I originally out the movie on for haha

Honestly Im so over the parents dying in Disney movies same with superhero movies. Dont get me wrong it is tragic to lose a parent at a young age but not every Disney princess or hero has to lose a parent to be who they are.

Coming from an ASEAN. I didnt like it. I felt like it was a forced diversity movie. I mean look at the casting which most arent even ASEAN. They basically said all Asians look alike I mean I guess Ill take what I can get.
reply

I'd had tears in my eyes for all the moments.
And I saw myself in seisu, because we know there is good in everyone, we just have to be the one to show the world that there is a better way to live.

reply

Ive been watching this so much since it came out at the cinemas, its so weird to me that only some people are seeing it now like weird! Its so good though and Im happy more people get to enjoy it!
reply

i must be made of stone. out of these 10 times i cried only at the last time mentioned.
in frozen i did cry at the turning into ice but in raya i didn't cry at the turning into stone. hmmmm.

Honestly the scene where Sisu says: I dont know why they chose me. It couldve been any of us. All I know is I trusted them and they trusted me, and so was the scene that touched me the most.
reply

I love this movie. Shows that people can come together despite their differences.
I also love Sisus hair. Id really like to dye mine the same color if I get the chance.

reply

1. The scene where Raya was sobbing before her father turned into stone.
2. The scene where Raya was sobbing before summoning Sisu.
3. Raya turns into stone.

I loved this movie so much already after I saw it for the first time.
And to be honest.
In my opinion, young Raya looks like Kora (from the legend of Kora)

reply

I'm not rlly a fan for live action disney films, but Raya and the Last Dragon live action would be soo good. Imagine the graphics and Southeast Asian cast.
reply

I think the most saddest part is when. When Raya trusts Namaari and let the Druun take her
That's just really touching, she sacrificed just for trust

reply

Im gonna be honest, that scene with Sisu and Namaari is more terrifying than emotional. I mean holy s&t that growl Sisu let out at her.
reply

This moives thought us to trust your enimes so they can cause the end of the world then a few years later the can help you at the last minute
reply

Watched the film, bought the film. Didn't cry once. I can't even remember any of the characters names. That's how boring it was.
reply

You should have added Rayas Vengeance after Sisus death also in this list, that was one emotion I felt the most than the others.
reply

She is truly the most beautiful and smart Disney princess because most of them are beautiful or smart not both( In most cases)
reply

Its such an emotional movie and it got me emotional. I see myself a lot in Sisu. Disney really made this movie a masterpiece
reply

this was a excellent Disney movie. I love the animation of this movie. I really enjoyed watching this Disney movie.
reply

I literally cried in the ending when sisu got resurrected and all the dragons came back. that scene was really beautiful
reply
