Personally from the very beginning I hated Jeanette. From the very beginning she was too awkward and creepy to me. It's amazing that even after the lawsuit and she was on this TV show she still was still stealing Kate's identity. Jeanette wore a pink sweater and headband like what Kate wore on the show. Yeah, Kate did some unspeakable things and lied, but at least she eventually owned up to them. She told the truth to Jeanette, and Jeanette was still lying and with holding big parts of the truth. Throughout the show I was always on Kate's side. I still am. I can relate better to Kate, and understood what she was going through. Jeanette's whole thing was to be popular. Even though Kate was popular she had no one to listen to her. Jeanette had the support system she needed, and Kate's friends and family were nothing of a support system. She felt all alone. I can relate and understand that.

Even though we can all agree that whatever happened with Kate was really bad but I think when she was rescued the only bad guy was Martin he was killed and no one was to be hold accountable other than him

We know that Jennette did hear her but Kate didn't knew that and was she sure that in 93 Jennette saw her even she couldn't see her face how she expects that she saw her she totally lied and devasted the life of a innocent girl only coz she was living her life that she didn't even want(we know Jennette heard her but she didn't) then she first asks Mallory couldn't she just have firs talked to Jennette before spoiling her life

I loved this show so much! But I honestly hated Jeanette and Mallory so much. Like Jeanette to me just seemed so fake and u relatable to me while kate seemed really complex, because she was. And Mallory was honestly a horrible friend to both Vince and Jeanette because she would pressure them to do illegal things, but she wasn't actually there for them so I didn't really blame Jeanette for leaving Mallory. I love kate and Mallory together tho

The ending was so shocking because it wasn't supposed to be. Through the whole show we see Jeanette's behavior and the writers manipulated us so well to believe that both Jeanette and Kate were victims, and in the end there would be something to prove that they're were both right, and it did. until the final scene where we see we were fooled the whole time just like the entire nation that would never found out what Jeanette did.

When it was mentioned that Kate entered Mr. harris house willingly, I screamed at the screen IT DOESN'T MATTER. When you go to somebody's house to find a safe space, you don't expect to be persuaded to stay in order to not get the other person in trouble, and then to be locked in a basement for six months when you do try to leave.

I was skeptical going in to the show, but I ended up loving it more than I thought! The actors really sell their characters (in each year, too) very well. It sort of reminds me of 13 Reasons Why with the time jumps/trying to figure out the whole story. Id highly recommend it to any who hasnt watched yet!

Was anyone else mad when Kate forgave Mallory? I mean it's like she knew that she saw her, yet let Jeanette get the whole hate bandwagon? I was sooo irritated with that scene and then to have the 2 of them kiss I knew it would happen when they got super close during the rollerskating scene

What shocked me the most was kate actually having a relationship with martin and of course jennette hearing her and leaving her there. I never liked Kate having a friendship with Mallory. I liked that kate actually killed martin too.

So good. I knew Olivia was an amazing actress from Cloak & Dagger but Chiara really blew me away with how different each of the years was for her character. Such a good show. #1 was def that final bombshell. Wow.

Big plot hole: Martin never changed the locks on his front door. Especially after holding Kate hostage. Any new home owner knows you always change the locks because you don't know who has the keys (former residents)

The crazy thing about this show is that we were kinda rooting for both girls but that would mean that one of them was lying. I was really rooting for Jeanette but I also knew she wasnt completely innocent.
