Alaska shouldnt be on this list lmfao, she didn't turn looks til the top 4 and even then her candy dress was falling apart, and AS2 was basically for her. Latrice has shown time and again that she can't maintain character when losing her temper on set, and to say she deserved to win AS4 when the rest of the cast is right there? Girl. Nina shoulda won yeah. Ginger too. Ben sent herself home so had she stayed- she didn't. I fully agree that Katya should have won AS2, her part got shafted during the Herstory challenge, and Alaska's behavior when she thought she'd be going home was just ugly. Sasha won that crown, period. It weird to say that people who eventually won their all stars crown should've won their original season tbh. Manila should've went further but I think we all forgot this is reality tv and the whole play it fair thing in regards to AS eliminations wasn't the energy these types of shows had in the first place. Raven didn't win cause her personality is shit. These honorable mentions. Okay. Chad Michaels lost and got a whole season just for her like cmon.

All Stars 3 and all the backlash against Shangela's loss should have told the producers not to mess with the tried-and-true way the game has been played from Day One - the fans aren't going to get bored without changing the rules. Quite the opposite in fact. I'd go so far as to say the constant rule-changing (especially in All Stars) and gimmickry has only served to piss the fans off. We don't need chocolate bars. We don't need golden plungers. We don't need the backstage politics affecting whether one queen or another ultimately wins. Just give us the damn LSFYL and leave the responsibility of hashing it out to Ru.

AS4 - Just Trinity (her track record that season was SIGNIFICANTLY better than Monet's and the double-win made no sense, even Ru had said she would never do that, plus it was right after people complained about an all white Hall of Fame [if though Trixie isn't all white]. I have nothing against Monet, but I don't feel the joint-win was deserved or needed)

As much as I love Alaska, she definitely deserved to win All Stars over Season 5. Considering she and Sharon Needles were an item when both competed in their respective seasons, Alaska not only had the other queens to compete with but also Sharon's legacy. AS2 let her be completely independent of her former relationship and I think her winning then is far more significant than it would've been in S5.

My hear was broken for Shangela! There was clearly jealousy and sympathy for Kennedy driving the eliminated Queens' decision. Also Ru def expected Latrice and Manila to win all stars 4 and I think that's why the double prize existed in the first place.

This is a bit of revisionist history of Season 5. Jinkx had a much better track record and Alaska was still living in the shadow of Sharon. She needed to lose and end that relationship to truly emerge into a winner.
