I really really liked Mark. And I am soo glad they didn't go with the typical approach and made him a jerk afterall.
He was always very sweet and a good friend to Rachel.
Proove to this is that he DID make a move on her when she was kinda single again but she was so surprised. So he had really never taken advantage of their friendship. And even after that he always supported her

I'm probably one of the few people who feel this way, but I always wished that Rachel would have ended up with Gavin and Ross would have gotten back with Mona or Charlie in the end. The storyline of perfectly decent relationships with others getting sabotaged because of their history got really old the last few seasons.

Gavin and Mark were the best love interests. Maybe because we knew the least about them. But they didn't seem to have bagage, both are into fashion and they had some nice chemistry.
Joshua was nice too, but he was still getting over his ex wife. And Tag was just too young.

I got off the plane. Why why would you turn down in amazing career in fashion in Paris, France for that loser? And by loser I mean Ross. Ross was a huge loser and his relationship with Rachel was very toxic. They did not deserve each other. They were not good together. Sorry.

I think the placing on this list was accurate. Yeah her n Ross belonged together for all their issues. Tag was really sweet and seemed sincere so I'm glad he was 2nd. He was probably too good for Rachel bc she just thought he was hot and he actually wanted a relationship.

While it wouldn't have been as narratively satisfying for Rachel to end up with Gavin and Ross to end up with Mona, it would have been easier for me to believe that the two had actually found long term stability and happiness.

They should have explored Gavin and Dannys characters more, too bad they were cut off so early. Joey is my fave though, he and Rachel make the perfect couple. Ross was annoying, she shouldnt have ended up with him.

Ross' caution/suspicion about mark was correct, however, as mark tried to make moves on Rachel as soon as they were broken up. Do I think he only tried to get her the job because he was attracted to her? YES!

Gavin definitely. I never bought into the whole Ross and Rachel thing cos seeing how she strived for independence and he was controlling/ incessantly jealous, the whole thing didn't make sense to me.

I don't care what people think of Rachel and Joey. This was one of the few times we saw Joey really into a girl, and we got to see a much more vulnerable side of him. It really added to Joey's character.

I hate Ross. Hes kind of a terrible person. Constantly manipulated Rachel and sabotaged her. Not to mention Ross is the lamest character on the show. Rachel deserves better.

unpopular opinion but I actually hate Ross and Rachel they were really toxic and I felt that they weren't right for each other. I loved Joey and Rachel though.
