Honestly Disney asks too much from kids/teens, but also part of the pressure to have a super clean image comes from the watchers' parents; look at teen scandals, like Zoey 101's star, they wanted her to be fired. Sure, her show ended due contract reasons, but as soon as she wasn't a innocent stareyed child, they wanted her gone. Sadly that makes easier for companies like Disney or Nickelodeon to demand irreasonable things from their young actors, all to protect themselves from bad publicity. Poor people, they don't have a life outsidework, even less now with social media.

It's so bad that these young people make $50K a week at the age of 10. OMG! Mommy, look what they pay me! I want more because I'm treated like royalty. I get free everything. Free tutored schooling up to and including college. I get paid to go to school. Oh how bad is my life! FU(K ALL OF YOU! If you don't like it, stop doing it and give me all your money.

I do have to admit though that Lizzie McGuire actually was supposed to go to high school and The Lizzie McGuire Movie was going to have a sequel.
So that show would have broken the 64 episode rule way before Thats So Raven did.
But Disney, Hilary Duff, and Hilary Duff's Mom had a dispute over money and Hilary Duff and her Mom walked out because Disney wasn't giving them the money that they so deserved.
So Lizzie McGuire ended due to that.

No 4 actually isnt a shocker. It rather prepares you for life. You did one good job, why should they hire you right away for the next job if they didnt know if you will continue to be the best version of your self. Or even wanna continue to work with them so its just natural to put you through a normal audition
