It is such an important question that even Weird Al Yankovic felt it worth a mention on his hit song White and Nerdy. If memory serves, the lyrics state, from the point of view of the Nerd in question, the onlky question, I ever though was hard, was do I like Kirk, or do I like Picard? Sadly, he gave no answer to that, hedging his bets with the Nerd in question having a portrait of both Captains over his bed. Personally, I've always favoured Picard more.
Second, and I know it doesn't fit the narrative of the segment, but what about Sisko! Yes, he started his show as a lowly commander, but ended up being, along side Mile O'Brien, one of the key players in the Dominion War. (Sorry, massive geek here. It is always possible the episode featured int he segment occurred before Voyager and DS9 began, but still.

The spoiler thing reminds me of the time when TESB was first released. I had read the novel already (having no hope whatsoever of getting to a first-run screening) so I did know what was coming when the movie finally came to our little grindhouse theater. but never would I have spoiled it for anyone else!
However. there was a magazine called _Starlog_ which I bought on a regular basis, and in the letters section (about 6 months after the movie's release date) was a tale of woe from someone who had deliberately put himself in the no-media zone so he could be completely surprised by _Empire_ when he finally got to see it. All that work, and somebody stops by his desk one morning to inform him that Darth Vader was Luke's father. The poor guy's final sentence: Did you ever see a grown man cry?

#4 and #1 should have been flipped.
Luckily, Sheldon didn't rat me out to the landlord. Or the police. Or Homeland Security.
How can you call them friends when they're abandoning us? They're abandoning us because you broke their hearts! I didn't mean to. I know! You never mean to! It's the only reason people tolerate you! Does that include you? Sometimes, yeah.
You know how in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, Ron doesn't abandon Harry once Harry starts dating his sister? Harry and Ginny get together!
You don't screw the Roommate Agreement, the Roommate Agreement screws you!

I'm glad Sheldon spoke up about the line-cutter. I'm baffled by all the people who ignored it and were okay with it.
The Big Bang Theory is what made me want to watch Toy Story 3. I'd previously only seen the first 2, which I liked but weren't my favorite movies. A Bug's Life was the one Pixar movie that I truly loved, . and after watching a few more recently, I stand by that. Toy Story 3, gives A Bug's Life a run For it's money. Raj and Leonard were spot on.

Who's we? Penny deserves someone better. Mattet of fact, penny's character deserved more. She never got anything she wanted out of life. Her acting her career, her friends, nothing. Yet somehow, every other single character had achieved or surpassed their goals. They got success in so many ways, yet penny is left in a horrible marriage and a new last name that she can't even spell. WE WANT JUSTICE FOR PENNY!
reply

2 things. Leonard is not cute, he is toxic and childish, completely immature. And when you say I love you you shouldn't expect for the other person to say it back, sure it would be nice but saying it is because that's how you feel, not necessarily how the other person feels or if the other person is ready to say it, specially someone like Penny.
reply

No, we will not take Captain Janeway over Kirk or Picard. She was a horrible captain bad decision got her groove stuck 70, 000 light years from home. She also bent the prime directive and murdered to get what she wanted. Nor was she the first female captain in Star Trek.
reply

the Luke, I am your father bit is literally the only thing I knew about Star Wars when I started watching them. And it was FINNNNE. I started with Episode 1 and somewhere around episode 2 I was thinking. are Anakin Skywalker and Darth Vader the same person?
reply

Kalety would have been better off with Johnny Galecki then with the two she married in later years. Now she has a baby to a boyfriend in China collecting shares a son with his former girlfriend. They wouldve been much better as a couple.

Let's not forget that Sheldon not only saved Leonard from a North Korean spy (inadvertently, but he also stopped Leonard from blowing himself up, and didn't rat Leonard out for being responsible for the explosion to begin with.
reply

Sheldon was just a roommate when Leonard needed a place, he was used to his mother and honestly Sheldon is tame compared to his mother, and over time Leonard saw that Sheldon was just odd whereas his mother was a cold, calculating jerk
reply

The scenes with Janeway and Fear were some one of the best Star Trek scenes ever put on film. AT the end, when Fear says I'm afraid, and Janway responds I know. a classic show of Janeway's capability to be very cold.
reply

My all-time favorite Sheldon - Leonard exchange:
S: . Do you know how I am most likely to die?
L: At the hands of your roommate?
S: No. In an accident.
L: That's how I'd make it look.

reply

Btw, Leonard is way superior to Penny in several departments. Looks are a tertiary priority. So here we go, Penny is super lucky for having Leonard, for the judgemental, self-entitled character that she is

Imagine having a person in your life who doesn't let you whistle. No, MsMojo. Imagine being incapable of whistling. Can you imagine that? If you can't, then you can't imagine my life. Way to go.

not only did someone spoil the sixth harry potter to me with Dumbledores death, but also who did it. Nevertheless it was an exciting book, because I was waiting for it not to happen. XD
reply

I not only bawled my eyes out in the cinema at Toy Story 3, I loudly bawled my eyes out. All the mums, dads and kids turned to look at me. My husband and son were mortified but I didnt care.
reply

This show became garbage after Sheldon left and Penny cut her hair. There wasnt even an in-universe reason for it. They only mention how bad it was like four seasons later.
reply

My immediate thought when I saw the title of this video was Penny telling Dr. Gallo You know, I used to wear tank tops alot, that was a big selling point! S09E12.
reply

Regarding why Lenard is friends with Sheldon, he was used to crazy things and near impossible demands from his mother, so he was used to being treated like that

4: 55 Hofstadter is as easy for anyone with a remote understanding of germanic spelling as Koothrapali, and the opposite of intuitive is unintuitive, duh.
reply

10: 34 Movie 50 First Dates actually did this, for literally no reason. It's been a few years and I'm still mad (spoiler alert for The Sixth Sense: D )
reply

The episode where Raj's dad asks him - 'Son, don't get me wrong. What is your problem? '
Yeah Raj, what is your problem? Why are you so pathetic?

reply

Of course, Leonard has hissy fits, I'm pretty sure every human on Earth has an occasional hissy fit (hopefully, very, very occasionally.
reply

MsMojo just snuck in not only Picard scenes in a BBT video, but Janeway also? I love Janeway, but that might be stretching it a little
reply

Me at 8: 30: Oooh M9jo, you left out the best next line. You don't screw the roommate agreement, the roommate agreement screws you!
reply

Picard or Kirk. well you read my mind in that entry because I'd say Janeway too ( though now that Seven is a Captain. )
reply

Never seen Big Bang Theory it's a comedy don't particularly care for comedies. Just my opinion. Have a great day everyone
reply

I do not care about spoilers I only start caring about spoilers when I learn what spoilers are does that make any sense
reply
