I remember seeing a news segment about an elderly couple where the husband had a very similar condition. These situations are always tragic, but every time he saw his wife, it was like the first time he's seen her in years. Even at his old age, he jumped from his seat, rushed over to her, and smothered her with hugs and kisses. It was incredibly adorable. At least their cloud had a silver lining.

50 First Dates is one of the most beautiful movies out there, one of the best love stories I've seen, I knew this movie was based on a true story, I think that all the people who have this disease should be shown the movie, they should accept themselves, it turned out that every day they see the The movie but at least they will get their problem better

I learned about people like this in my Psychology class way back in the early 90s I was trying to tell people about it when this movie came out.
I was surprised educated medical professionals thought it was so fake. (How embarrassing for them)
Also, I believe Hallmark Hall of Fame did a movie about a guy with this condition as well.

About the medical condition, i kinda heard/watched it back then but this is the first time i've seen person/s who did have the condition or similar condition is shown
In a way, the movie shown another medical condition in a light hearted way and yes, life can move/go on as long as they have a strong support system

I recently watched a movie with Zachary Levi, Remembering Sunday. It is a different reason for his lost memory but it was the same concept of trying to remember every day. That movie is very similar to 50 First Dates.

this is almost like a story of my life I'm the one with memory loss I had someone love me even though I can't have a normal life I can't even remember my short term either dealing withmemory loss sucks
