Top 10 Dance Numbers in 2010s Movies
video description
1. From now on
2. Another day of sun
3. Water dance
Judging by this list, the dance scene in the greatest showman was the best dance number in the 2010s. It had a catchy song, incredible chorography, and featuring huge star, Hugh Jackman! What more could you want! It was a little bit tough between Water dance and Super Trouper, but Water dance takes it because of its difficult dance routine not to mention on water too.\r\n

When I saw the opening number of La La Land in the theater for the first time, I almost cried maybe I did cry. These were not tears of sorrow but tears of absolute delight and hysteria and joy, thought that I was experiencing a movie moment that had never even existed as a possibility. And it was just unadulterated ecstasy. I still think of another day of Sun as this idea that we're going to be all right

As a dancer, this list is on the whole actually painful - Trip a Little Light and Another Day of Sun are far superior in their respective films & whilst I appreciate the No Dames inclusion you've missed out some absolute incredible dances such as Make Your Move, Chennai Express, Cats (yes I know, but the dancing is fantastic) and Nutcracker and the Four Realms - to name a few!

When I saw Mary Poppins Returns, and saw all those 2D animated animals, I so hope that meant that 2D animation was finally coming back into our lives and the true magic of Disney was finally returning. But no, they are still doing 3D and live action remakes. What a bummer

2. To have The Greatest Showman be placed on the number two spot is ABSOLUTELY ABSURD RIDICULOUS NONSENSE, for all the shaky cam and prevalence of flashes of that movie is terrible.
Also, The Greatest Showman is a PURE FLAMING WOKE garbage, nothing more.

I was visiting my elderly aunt while La La Land was in theaters, and she wanted to go. I was skeptical going in - after all, who made musicals anymore? My delight was matched only by hers and we both left the theater exhilerated!

I feel like you could have picked from several numbers in The Greatest Showman. There are so many great dance sequences. My favorite might be the other side.

Another Day of Sun was about the only good thing about La La Land. Otherwise it was a snooze, literally! I actually fell asleep.

I was not a fan of the Swan dance simply bc you cannot see most of it. I get what they were trying to do but I didnt like it

Wonder why Life's A Happy Song from The Muppets (2011) isn't on this list? Or any of those songs from Rocketman (2019) too.

I also love the final dance in Street Dance 3D (2010. I get that it's not as well known a movie, but I love that dance.
