So. it didnt take long into the first episodes, when even 2 yr old Liam stood outside, hands in diaper. that it was confirmed every single character portrayed in this show is in fact, SHAMELESS. When you judge and loathe the characters for who they are and what they do, you miss the point of the show. Youre watching a show that depicts the lives of people affected by almost every dark emotional affliction that infects the world. The primary source here being poverty, neglect and addiction. The show is considered dark comedy. Its funny and entertaining because of the outrageous behaviors and circumstances thats novel to most viewers. The darkness the story is born from is a reality so many people do or have lived, in one way or another. Hating a character for their actions here could indicate unresolved feelings and sensitivity from being similarly victimized. It could indicate lack of understanding and empathy in general. Its impossible to develop or maintain a sense of healthy shame and act accordingly when your needs are not met or your brain has been hijacked or damaged.

The old religion and Greek figures are all controlling our bodies and are the voices. They are getting in our bodies to rape, murder and speak thoughts that are not our own.
Twin flame is a concept being used to abuse. I do believe you have someone who will be your forever someone but not chosen from afar with rape from the old religious/Greek figures to arrange marriage the populace without consent. The rapes are from old religious/Greek figures not a human person. Its not kundalini as well.

Throughout the series we are led to believe the show is primarily filmed in the Southside of Chicago, but it was actually filmed in Chicago and Los Angeles.
Throat the different episodes, you can actually tell which scenes were filmed in Chicago and which ones were filmed in Los Angeles, even though the show did a very good job of making the filming locations look authentic.
Currently, re-watching the entire series.

I truly hoped that the last time we see Fiona standing at the train tracks and the train goes by and no one is there, I actually wished it was Jimmy and the 2 of them would end up together. I always felt if the 2 of them could escape the maddness of the world she was living in when they met, that they would actually help each other be the better versions of themselves and live happily ever after but I guess it wasn't meant to be.

Why does everyone hate Fiona but love frank? Fiona was forced to not have a childhood because frank was a POS father so SHE had to take care of her siblings. When you have to handle people like Carl and Debbie, you would probably be an ass sometimes too.
Fiona was not a mother. She was their sister and shouldnt have been forced to be a parent when frank was alive and able bodied. Let be pissed at frank!

I dont disagree with a lot of the moments in this video but the long process of Lip fighting and finding sobriety before the end of the show offered a lot more moments. I personally hated seeing the end of Fiona in the show through all of her ups and downs seeing her at one of her worst points at the end was terrible too.

Fiona took care of all of them, protected them, loved them and supported them. But when it becomes too much and she makes mistakes, they blame her for everything wrong in their life. She deserved her happy ending more than any of them. She was just a child. Emily Rossum is an amazing actress

lip is my least favorite character, he is selfish, full of himself and arrogant. Since the first season, he has treated Fiona like dirt and, along with Debbie, he is the most ungrateful among the brothers. Honestly, every time something bad happened to him I was happy.

Fiona wanting to do coke for her party was ok to an extent. However, she shouldve been way more responsible like keeping a better eye on the kids and putting the tray on top of the fridge, out of reach. Although the easiest option wouldve been dont have coke thought.

i had a lot of sad moments during this series, when mickey and Ian parted way when mickey went to Mexico, when Etta and Fiona parted ways, when Sheilas house burnt down, when Carl realizes Nick did something awful, and more just forgot

The moment Debbie dropped Franny as an infant literally shook me to my core. It hurt deep in my gut the second I heard that thud. Of all the horrific things that happened. that was probably the most painful to watch, albeit short.

The most painful scene for some reason to me is when Frank breaks down after being lost all day and starts crying for Fiona and lip and after lip shoved him and Frank gets so excited to be home but no one knows his condition

The CPS call wasnt that sad bc it was so unbelievable. No one at CPS ever does anything, ever, even with stacks of proof. They are a horrible institution and anyone that works there really is an awful human.

I was always rooting for Fiona. I always hoped that she would get the happiness she deserved. I was sad when she left, but it gave me comfort knowing that it was her chance to find her true self and happiness.

I feel somethings were left out
Like when Karen realises her dad is dead, Karen's dad ending his life, Lip trying to stop Mandy from leaving chicago and telling her he loves her. Absolutely broke my heart

Ian's brake down with the baby, then he realizes he's bi-polar and finally Monica suicide attempt all made me, a grown man, sad enough to tear up and feel bad for a TV family

Steves face wen he saw Monica with her wrists cut in the kitchen said it all. His look was so genuine to how it felt. That scene shook me to the core, everyone acted amazing in that episode. X

It is kinda crazy how Monica never hurt or like attacked the people around her intentionally but she was just so emotionally unstable that her self destruction traumatized those who care for her

For me, the saddest character is Mandy. Beautiful girl (not that that should matter) going from one abusive and brutal relationship to another. Poor girl never stood a chance.

Show was good until they went woke. Bringing in politics and other stuff into a show, when everyone enjoyed the show bc it made everyone forget about that stuff for a minute.

They used Fiona up. When she had absolutely NOTHING left to give them she gave them her money and left. Fiona deserved to leave at the end. She gave them everything of herself.

TV series inconsistent with the roles of the characters except Frank, in fact I stopped watching the series when they tried to kill him by throwing him from the bridge.

imagine feeling ANY sympathy for Fiona. 9 seasons she ended up being more vile than her dad. Deplorable character with 0 redeeming qualities
