if anyone has main character syndrome in glee, its Rachel. Not santana! Rachel is the definition of egotistical and narcissistic, she only cares about herself and wants all the attention. Santana wasn't like that, yes she might seek attention but only when it was necessary and she did care more about others than she did care for herself

A lot of the characters would have been better main characters than the actual main characters. On Gilmore Girls, the main characters were the least interesting characters. Paris or any other side characters would have been better main characters.

i get why why you gave the spot to Cassie but i think Lexi has this to, i'm not defending Cassie i just think Lexi made a play about her self where she was the lead so that by definition isn't that someone who sees them self's as a main character.

I never would've predicted that Cassie would turn out to be a sadistic psychopath in season 2. I understand her trauma but she became just like her tormentors. For her survival, if she couldn't beat them, so she joined them.

I appreciate that Eric isn't simply defined by his friendship with Otis, like many Best Friend characters tend to be treated in teen dramas. He gets to have his own arc and character outside of Otis, which is refreshing to see.

I consider Oswald Cobblepot as much a main character as Jim in Gotham so he wouldn't be my pick, however, Ed Nygma just demanded to be the main character when he appeared. He wasn't, but the man didn't care.

I would have said Stiles from Teen Wolf is an awesome side Character that fans love and had the best storylines and season 3B was so awesome turning him into a well spoilers but he is just a great character.

I feel that Stiles from Teen Wolf needed to be in this list, if not at #1. The show lost so much when Dylan O'Brien left the series. His character's with & timing to this day, in my opnion, are unmatched.

Cheryl was/is the main character. She might have been the mean girl most of the time and a questionable friend at others, but the Cherry Bomb dance scene she stole it all. I loved her in that moment.
