I think the last pick is such a ridiculous controversy. I persnonaly would have liked to have seen Confederate. I love alternate history, and exploring a world where the Confederacy endured would have been interesting, kinda like The Man in the High Castle does with an Axis-dominated world. As long as they don't portray the Confederacy as good, slavery as something that they just magnanimously gave off after a generation or two, and Black people as stereotypes, it could have been quite good.
As for Game of Thrones' not very diverse casting, please. Westeros is ersatz Western Europe and most characters were white in the books. We should stop complaining that A Song of Ice and Fire, or Lord of the Rings, or Vikings is not diverse and push for more non-European centered or non-European-inspired worlds to be shown in fiction. Avatar the Last Airbender is an example of that. It is an Asian-inspired fantasy world. There are a plethora of Asian-esque peoples, but not Europeans nor Africans, and that is fine.

Name another grown man that built a theme park on his property and was in that many pictures with kids that weren't his. He fit most of the criteria for a pedo to, I'm not saying he's guilty but I'm damn sure ain't saying he's innocent either. I didn't even sleep in the bed with my own kids as much as he did with strangers kids, if he wasn't a superstar no one would be calling it cute. They'd be calling his ass a pedo or beating his ass. The parents really need their asses whooped to, selling out their kids just to meet an entertainer.

Regarding #1, do the protesters not know that a movie with that exact same premise already exists called C. S. A.: The Confederate States of America (produced by Spike Lee, no less? The tagline was literally What if the South had won the war. And, you know what, it was really good! It's a cleverly written, multi-layered, and well thought out satire of American society and history, then and now, and, if anything, provides some excellent commentary on the ever-present danger of racism lurking in all aspects of our culture.

I will never forget WarnerMedia merged with Discovery, Inc. to form Warner Bros. Discovery and canceling shows and movies. Heck, they canceled some of the animated shows on Cartoon Network, Adult Swim and HBO Max. Heck, they remove most of the animated shows off of HBO Max as well. Not to mention plans for the upcoming Batman animated TV series and Driftwood, also canceled by Warner Bros. Discovery. This merger is a complete disaster, just like the AOL Time Warner merger back in 2000.

To everyone mentioning Velma, #3 kind of relates to its very existence. If anything, Discoverys presence felt like an omen for that show as did GoTs finale & Space Jam A New Legacy. I feel like even though those at the top before the merger were no different to Zaslav, I feel like he would revive Confederate & those already chanting go woke go broke over Velma would lap it up. At its core, #1 sounded like it wouldve been a Man in the High Castle/DMZ hybrid though

If PETA is so big in numbers and has such an influence, why they doesn't organise masses for stopping killing of dolphins in Taiji in Japan and dog killings in Avenija MB in Serbia? They have some program for Japan, but for Serbia nothing. They are just a joke. Making noise for a few horses somewhere, but being blind for mass killings of animals all around the world.

Leaving Neverland was so I dont even have words to describe it! I couldnt even finish it, and it wasnt because of their story. The lies in that horrible piece of fiction is unlike no other. If you really want a good documentary on Michael Jackson, watch Square One. Oh, & if you want to know more about the lies of Leaving Neverland, theres a video on that too!
reply

not this video (a) referring to benioff & weiss as creators of GoT (they adapted the screenplay, GRRM is the creator of the series) but saying they moved on to bigger & better things? like what? their racist-ass show got dumped, they were kicked off the star wars writing staff, what have they done since the end of GoT that was even noteworthy?
reply

why you say white male the way you did about the guys thar wsanted to make the movies about the south trying to keep slaves. and whats wrong with a movie like that. what about all the other slave and nazi movies has there been. just because they are white males they cant make a movie about slavery?
reply

The women in Hollywood are usually into witchcraft and orgies. The men are too but with being humiliated by wearing a dress and being ass fxxked.
Recently, Pedro Pascal has checked those boxes. He's in everything but has already worn a dress.
Hollywood is highly demonic

Leaving Neverland is nothing but lies. Michael Jackson never assaulted anyone. Stop giving platform to the likes of wade to accuse innocent people for profit! You're just as disgusting as mainstream media!

Yes, you can't forever Christine O'Donnell's infamous I am most certainly not a Witch ad campaign. It's almost impossible to take seriously, especially if you've seen Kristen Wiig's hilarious send up!
reply

I dont think animals should be used in TV shows or movies. The animals cant give consent to being put to work and I doubt they would if they could. Not to mention the danger it puts them in.
reply

What does it matter what religious beliefs Christine ODonnell has/had? Is that not infringing on her 1A rights? Does it really matter if your Pagan, Wiccan, Christianetc? It shouldnt.
reply

They forgot to mention the majority of shows pulled from HBO following the merger were animated shows, all because they didnt want to pay animators and creators a cent as a tax write off

I liked project popcorn. It made a movie feel like event at home and have one movie as the special of the month. But totally get it shorted the movie ticket sells.

Are you seriously siting PETA or DARE as an authority anyone should support or believe? Ill go ahead & resist the urge to click any of your videos from here, thanks!
reply

White male producers? Really? I wonder why you didn't mention in the description of their would've-been series that slavery was UPHOLDED BY THE DEMOCRATS?
reply

The show about the South smh would of been a rightwing dream they would come on to say how good it was but no we're not racist because idk chickens?
reply

Its funny how years ago the Kanye thing was just That was cringe, but hes weirdly crazy and now knowing what we know its just complete cringe.

Benioff and Weiss moved on to bigger and better things? To what exactly did they moved on to, besides GOT after they ruined the final season?
reply

I believe I'm a witch = booo, you're crazy.
I believe a dove impregnated a 14 year old girl = yaaaay, God loves us.
I can't even.

So the Abomination that is Velma did not make the list. I think Velma was made for the people who were offended be the list above.
reply

I love how HBO tried to encourage people to donate blood and then caught shade for a law that wasnt even their fault.
reply

At 9: 04, did anyone notice how Ms Mojo seems to have went out of their way to point out the specifics of the producers.
reply

i wish peta would stop commenting on things. it immediately lowers the credibility of any issue, no matter how serious or legit
reply

I see a lot of comments referencing Velma. Could someone please explain what or who this is and what is the deal?
reply

Leaving Neverland is the reason why the third season premiere of The Simpsons is not available on Disney+.
reply

The Warner Bros merger had something to do with Cartoon Network Studios content being removed from HBO Max?
reply

I've heard those stuff about TJ Miller. Especially since Ryan Reynolds is not in good terms with him.
