Kudos to being brave enough to pick a nonhuman (and a quadrupedal one at that. But if you were going to do that, it should have been Shere Khan.
Reason #1: He's a tiger. Which, as you noted, is already one of nature's greatest combinations of strength and beauty.
Reason #2: His villainy is established ENTIRELY through reputation. He doesn't actually show up until late into the movie, but just the mere mention of his name instills fear. His name is a synonym for power and authority. He need not even be present for you to feel it.
Reason #3: He earned that reputation. It's Shere Khan versus. Pretty much EVERYONE, including other apex predators like Baloo the bear, and yet they still need to resort to using fire against him just to drive him off in the end.
Reason #4: His personality is in COMPLETE CONTRAST to his reputation. He is calm, soft-spoken and polite. Even with Kaa, whom he knew was outright lying to him, and to Mowgli, whom he had been hunting the whole time, Shere Khan was polite right up until the fight.
Reason #5: He is the least villainous of all the Disney villains. Shere Khan is not motivated by money or power. He is motivated by his belief that all men are evil, and that, for the greater good, Mowgli must not be allowed to grow up to become a man. in Shere Khan's mind, he's the jungle's version of Batman.

#1. Dark Ace (Storm Hawks)-He may be a traitor but it's hard not to fall for this guy with his red eyes, fighting moves, and growl in his voice.
#2. Death (Puss in Boots: The Last Wish)-Sadistic, sinister, and death straight up but very chill, charismatic, and just downright awesome!
#3. Shen (Kung Fu panda 2)-Sorry Tai Lung but this peacock has got the looks and the moves to kick anyone's tail!
#4. Master Cyclonis (Storm Hawks)-We both love crystal magic. Wouldn't mind being her friend for a little while.
#5. Tai Lung (Kung Fu Panda)-My first anthropomorphic animal crush! Loved it when he beat up those pesky guards!
#6. Namari (Raya and the Last Dragon)-She puts other female baddies to shame with her fighting style!
#7. Maleficent (Sleeping Beauty)-Also looked better in the live action.
#8. Cruella (101 Dalmatians)-She looked better in the live action.
#9. Hades (Hercules)-Too funny to be kept off this list!
#10. Ursula (The Little Mermaid)-Not my favorite movie but definitely one of my favorite baddies. Love her sassiness and singing voice!

When it comes to hot Disney bad guys, why didnt you include Captain Hook? I mean please when hes not angry at Peter or being chased by that crocodile hes quite the gentleman in terms of manner and his charming looks. It makes me fall hard for him. Also hes very tall. Whats not to like?

Some of these I understand, but I feel like it should have Rourke and Helga from Atlantis, Frollo from Hunchback of Notre-Dame, Mok from Rock and Rule (don't ask, Queen Grimhilde from Snow White, and Tzekal-Khan from the Road To El Dorado. Also, Eris is too low and Jafar is too high.

I must admit, i was highly disappointed in Cruella de Vil's wardrobe in the animated 101 Dalmatians. But i loved Glenn Close's costumes in the live action remake of 101 Dalmatians. It's like Disney wanted us to see more of Cruella de Vil's wardrobe and we did.

Sorry, but I can't agree with some choices on the list Jafar, Hades, and Ursula were just ew to me and the only Cruella De Vil I thought was attractive was Emma Stone playing her for the live action version.

Maleficent and Cruella are both absolutely beautiful and gorgeous. I always loved how Cruella's hair is two different colors.
And Ursula is proof that plus-sized is definitely beautiful, too.

If I made a similar list, I'd replace Clayton with Rourke from Atlantis, and I'd also add Pitch Black. Also Helga from Atlantis is so under rated. She is gorgeous and a total badass.
