Ross kissing Joey to help him get the acting job is not talked about enough. Ross did that for Joey while Chandler refused and refused, and yet people always say some negative things about Ross. Ross was frigging great friend! Also, Ross and Rachel's kisses were the hottest, most passionate kisses on the show, period! The beach kiss when they're in the beach house and reconciled is so f passionate&crazy kiss, I actually think that was more David&Jen than Ross&Rachel. Also, the Ross and Phoebe kiss was hot in the flashback episode - thanks for including it!
Fun fact: Rachel on the show mentions a few times that Ross is an excellent kisser (just like Joey did here in the clip. And Jennifer Aniston said a few times in the interviews that David Schwimmer is a great kisser. And when you look at how David kisses, that certainly appears to be true. I think this is interesting.

This needs to be a top 20. You left out so many other good kisses like one of my fav, Monica and Richards first kiss at his office, the Monica and Pete's first kiss. Also Phoebe and Joey that a director told him he was not a good kisser. Also Phoebe and Chris Isaak character. Monica and Chandler's kiss after they got back from London was another great one. Rachel and Chandler when she's fantasizing about him at central perk, Rachel and Phoebe! How could you not even mention that one? Paolo is a hated character but him and Rachel kissing the first time was a good one too. And we all dislike Rachel and Joey but that a good one too, at the hotel in Barbados.
