I love how Barbie's wardrobe also evolves & changes from beginning to end: she starts in a (literal) 'babydoll' dress with a bow in her hair, which gives off the vibe of a young girl, then she slowly moves into bell bottoms/pants (which reminds us a bit of female progression in history, and obviously a very mature, muted look by the end of the film!

I love how youre actually questioning why theres even an airport and where the plane is supposed going to
Barbieland is a made up land that is ultimately about the childs imagination
And so while there will be certain things that mirror the real world there, clearly not everything featured is designed to make sense in an adult/rational way
