Captain said I DON'T have a tv, not DO NOT. He uses contraptions when he's lying.
Also, you see Captain pulling the crown out of Jake's drawer, and that does not look like the bottom part. He's obviously holding the panel he unscrewed, at the top left corner. Which is almost the same height as where he took the crown out from
And of course, the wrong name thing. He clearly said Charles. I listened to it several times and heard Charles everytime. After Googling him just now to find out that his real name is actually Joe, I listened to the clip again and still heard Charles. But I see how you may have misheard him.

Theres a tiny detail about Holt thats considered an inconsistency. When the precinct was allegedly about to shut down Holt reveals to Amy that hes been mentoring her, when she proposes that he finishes the mentor program even if the precinct shuts down and to meet for breakfast everyday and mentor her over eggs, he clearly shows how disappointing and absurd it is to have eggs for breakfast. Whereas during the episode where Jake, Kevin, and Gina investigate holts bad mood, they retrace his steps to a diner where he had boiled eggs for breakfast and Kevin specifies that its holts good mood food. Its only a tiny detail but still counts as a slip-up!

Another mistake I noticed is that holt claims he doesn't call criminals dirt bags in the episode where shamus Murphy captures him but in a flashback in his past when he arrests the brooklyn broiler he quite clearly calls him a dirt bag.
In the episode where Boyle tries to get his sperm back from Eleanor jake claims he learnt how to shave from home alone, but in the episode when jake meets his half sister they both claim they learnt how to shave from their dads Co pilot Steve

In the last season there's a moment where boyle left the conference room and jake stays in, and you can see clearly through the window how boyle walks away and stands up just staring at the camera and waving to it with his whole arm.
By the way i just finished the show, i don't have anything else to do my days are gonna be so empty since now, i thought the show still going on but is not help me

I've spotted Holt's tell inconsistency. After some thinking I've found an explanation that fits. Captain Holt naturally wasn't OK with having such an obvious tell, especially since Jake could spot it. So he worked hard to overcome it. Hence the word contractions surfaced. Which he finds more acceptable since it's more subtle and can be used as code.

2: 20 well we see Amy in the first season and the line of not having a TV in the bedroom was in the second season Holt also says I know they say implying the reason he doesn't have a TV is because of research he read or heard. It's more than possible he removed his TV between seasons due to reading research on TV

The error I couldnt find the answer was Halloween heist 1. When rosa picked the lock, she could easily open the window lock for charles to enter, before Holt came and caught Jake. Why did Amy had to enter again to open the window lock?

I think the whole previous Hitchcock and Scully past bits were based on Peralta's perception. The actual past Hitchcock and Scully were always those 80s Chad Action Cops.

Just FYI: Humans do tend to age about 35 years during the passing of about 35 years. Some even gain weight or lose hair as they age. That's arguably the most believable thing about Scully and Hitchcock as characters.

I just thought the 6 month vs 63 days was a play on Jake's alleged lack of education. I think he makes more than one math error in the course of the series and that might be just one more? Still hilarious!

i'm pretty sure Hitchcock's arrest numbers isn't a mistake. The self evaluation is him saying he has a low arrest number for that year, not for their whole careers.
