While I didn't hate her, I wasn't exactly a fan when she first came out. However, when my husband & I watched the 2008 Academy of Country Music Awards and saw THAT performance, I turned to my husband and said, She'll get Entertainer of the Year within 5 years. She did it in 3. What did make me a fan was, that same year, my 6-year-old daughter wrote a letter to Taylor to say Happy Birthday. and Taylor actually wrote back! Our girl just turned 21 and is still a die-hard Swiftie. (we got her tickets to the Eras Tour Movie for a birthday present, along with 1989TV)

I can't be the only one who misread this video title as Era Debut performances. I was thinking it would be ranking her debut performances of each era. Like the first time she debuted a song from 1989, Lover, etc. But I guess this is a good enough excuse to do multiple videos about her massive catalog. Teardrops on my Guitar on pop radio was my introduction but I didn't become hardcore until Fearless was the album to take me home from work every night

Man, when she re-records her self titled debut again, all of the innocence and naivety she had will be gone. I cant believe scooter Bron did that to her, hopefully in the future, she can buy back her old catalog again. Im glad shes re-recording all of her old albums though, Im a huge supporter of artists owning their work.
