Charmed is not a teen drama. Never has been, never will be. You added that entry because of Shannen's death. And Degrassi the Next Gen is a franchise that lasted 18 years if you count Next Class as a continuation. There are so many heartbreaking moments from the show that don't surround Drake or JT. Cam Saunders taking his life, the school bus accident from Next Class, or Liberty's heart breaking after seeing JT move on with Mia who has a child when she had JT's baby and gave it up for adoption because they couldn't handle it. THESE are heartbreaking moments. I just watched that episode with Liberty and forgot how sad it was after not having seen it in years. I felt so bad for Liberty. You said heartbreaking which doesn't necessarily mean these shocking moments we always focus on in our lists, like the shooting or JT's death.

List is good but atleast there should have been one scene from Originals, whether Camille's death, Elijah gained his memories, him losing his memories, Klaus confronting his father for not loving him, Hope and Klaus's last conversation, Haley's death, Last scene of season 4 when Elijah sees Klaus but doesn't recognize him, Klaus killing his actual father, and many more that series is just full of heartbreaking scenes.

Glee’s Quarterback episode took me years to watch. Corey’s death was so hard to swallow that I just knew Finn’s onscreen death would be the breaking point. And then re-watching that episode knowing we lost Naya so young as well. absolutely heartbreaking.

It still pisses me of to no end that with that one moment from Degrassi people feel bad for Jimmy, the bully that got what he deserved, and not Rick, the poor victim that was pushed too far

Seeing both Brenda and Prue here hits so differently now. It doesn't seem real. May Shannen's legacy shine through generations to come. What a soul she was, our girl, is, and always will be.

I still can't watch Glee's Quarterback, without tearing up. It was a beautiful tribute to Cory Monteith, and it hits doubly hard now that Naya Rivera is gone as well.

Finn’s death in Glee and Hannah’s death in 13 Reasons Why. I'm glad that they didn't reveal Finn’s cause of death because it would have been insensitive.
