This game should have never hit consoles. Not only that it looks bad in comparison but you simply can't play well with a controller. (Ik that this guy is playing with hes nipples or something) Console players can do ok when. They get enough aim assist. But they will never get even close to what Keyboard and mouse can do.

LOL, dat gameplay. DOOM is about as simple as a game as your going to get, it's meant for anyone to be able to play at a decent level. If a game critic struggles to get the hang of something so simple, that's a pretty big thing. By that I mean, you can't take Polygons reviews/ criticism seriously.

Unbiased opinion since I have neither console and will get DOOM on PC: PS4 appears to have deeper black levels than XBOX One. But I also see screen tearing on PS4 that isn't visible on XBOX One. Other than that, they are nearly identical. Pick your favorite.

I'm waiting for them to upload the same footage for both sides of the comparison and see if anyone notices, and how many people still try and pick out the differences.

PlayStation is a little smoother with slightly better particle physics you can really only see in the side by side. Really close these days.
