Monster Factory: Stang Is Totally Not Sting Trying To Play Basketball

Griffin and Justin play some b-ball with Stang, who is absolutely not Sting in a disguise 13yrs ago I invited my childhood enemy to my seventh birthday party. He cut in front of me in line for like a ballpit or smth, accused ME of cutting in front of HIM, and I had to sit in time out at my OWN birthday party due to the false accusation. griffin being benched in the game that he bought inspires a very similar response that I had at age 7\r\n

The bench incident is similar to why I stopped playing 2k20. I missed ONE EFFING BASKET and the computer decided at that moment that I would never be allowed to touch the ball again. I played through seven more games and didn't get to have the ball at all during any of them. It was equal parts hilarious and frustrating.

Whenever I watch this video I think about how it-s probably how my dad played basketball in school. My dad was more of a uh, full contact sports kind of fella in high school so the one time he tried playing basketball he found out they wicked don-t like it when you grab it and also slam into folks

Aaaahhh, Stang, you don't have to light up those stage lights.
Those days are over, you don't have to sing your songs into the night.
Aaahhh, Stang. You just have to wear that 69, stay just under cover, you just stay out of sound and out of sight.

reply

Apparently two NHL players have worn the number 69, and no one in the history of the NBA ever has. However, many offensive linemen have been adorned with the holy number as they have to select a number between 60 and 79.

i was playing a hockey game with my brother and he asked me to create the worst team name, mascot, logo and uniform the game allowed me
i think you'd be proud of my cursed child, the Wisconsin Whales

They specifically wanted to create a dunklord, a 7'3- Glass Cleaner, then went for nothing but hard shots. Much like following the McElroy fandom itself, I kept waiting for a sick nasty dunk that never came.

past-times include: scrolling through 2 year old comments of people saying how much this made them laugh or brightened their day or caused them to choke and liking them all with a sentimental smile
reply

-I kinda made an old, sad Dave Grohl- had me wheezin', but the best laugh so far has been:
-What's the jump ball button? --
-character stands there like a statue--
-Not THAT one. -

I'm sorry is this game trying to tell me Stang is 18 and fresh out of high school? What the hell did they put in the drinking water to get Stang to look thirty fresh out of high school?
reply

-Don't Stand So Close To Him, He Has a Spore That He Gives Off- is Stang's new version of -Don't Stand So Close to Me- (by the Police. We need the album dropped asap.

there is always a point in rewatching these monster factorys where the boy is extremely close to the final product, and something is triggered in my subconscious
reply

My head-cannon is that Stang is Daz's son who after seeing the miserable failure that was his father's golf career chose to follow a different path in basket ball.
reply

What this game chooses to penalize you for is totally arbitrary. Make a shot? Points off. Someone else ignores a call for a pass to, again, someone else? Points off.

A Matt Walsh reference was-unexpected.
And unwarranted, I have to say, the dude couldn-t look less like Walsh.
This episode had me dead

every time i see gordan walking around and hanging out with others in cutscenes i get freaked out cause i remember he is seven foot tall
reply

Seriously might be one of the best episodes they ever did. One of my all time favourites that's for sure

im suing cause them playing with the facial sliders and the face morphing hideously almost suffocated me from my own laughter
reply

griffin shouting -NOBODY LOOK AT HIM- while trying to -box out- the hornet mascot made me spit out my drink this ep is too funny
reply

the best part of this video is that almost all the faces they made could stand alone as their own monster factory monster.
reply

I always sleep on this video, but when I rewatched it finally, I'm crying laughing at him having to watch from the bench.
reply

In the early days of Corona I watched this with my dad. That really drove home to me how much people missed sports

In this monster factory: constant criticism of your understanding on a subject you never learned, and sitting simulator 2017
reply

Fun fact: college basketball doesn-t allow jersey numbers to have a digit higher than 5, so 69 is an illegal number
reply

Im binging these for the first time and the NOISE i made when i saw Stang could have gone to KU my alma mater,
reply

i randomly selected a monster factory video to watch to put me to sleep (as one does, and forgot kobe had an fmv.
reply

What's the point of a game where it can decide you don't get to play anymore? That's just shitty game building.
reply

All this needs is a little Billy Crystal basketball ref throwing everyone except Stang from the stadium

14: 21 i am convinced this is the Boy Mayor Of Second Life's father who sponsored his mayoral campaign
