This Uncharted 4: A Thief's End Speedrun Walkthrough shows the full game from beginning to end (Cutscenes are not included. The Charted! - Speedrun trophy requires you to beat the game in 6 hours or less. I did it in 4 hours, 42 minutes, 34 seconds. Most importantly, cutscenes add to your total time so you must them all. Some are unskippable. I also ended up with 83% shot accuracy. You need 70% accuracy for the Sharpshooter trophy. Speedruns Tips: - CUTSCENES ADD TO YOUR PLAYTIME! YOU MUST SKIP THEM! - The timer stops during loading screens and when you pause the game. - Play on Explorer difficulty (does not disable trophies) - Enable Auto-Aim in options (does not disable trophies) - Enable Infinite Ammo & Use the Barok. 44 revolver from weapon select. It kills almost everything in one hit. Cheats are unlocked after beating the game for the first time on any difficulty (Cheats don't disable trophies) - Remember that you can fire from the hip while running past enemies. Works great at close quarters. - You don't need to kill every single enemy. Sometimes you can run past entire enemy encounters without killing. - You are allowed to create manual save games and can quit the application. There's no need to do it in one sitting, the trophy will unlock regardless. - If you have a progression glitch simply quit the application and continue the story, it should load up fine (infinite loading screen, game crash, NPCs not doing what they are supposed to. - If you die or restart checkpoints it will keep counting your time (it won't reset the time to the last checkpoint. - You can check your playtime anytime in the statistics. Compare with the time in the video to get an idea where you're standing. I had plenty time left for the trophy. - The Puzzles can cost you a lot of time if you don't do them perfectly. Look them up in the video, I show them as quickly as possible. All in all, beating the 6 hour requirement isn't too difficulty with auto aim and cheats. Just remember to skip every cutscene

I can confirm this works on the newly released version(Legacy of Thieves Collection Version 1. 001. 00) of the game. See below.
1. Start a New Game - ensure that you RESET Treasures and Stats and create a new save
2. When the white writing appears after loading (before the boat sequence in the Prologue, press Options and manually save over the save you just made.
3. Exit to the Main Menu
4. Load your Save Game that you finished the game with - it will load you to the middle of the Epilogue where you can skip the cinematic. Credits will start. No trophy will pop.
5. In the Credits press Options and load the save you created in Step 1. After loading, exit to Main Menu
6. Go to Extras and Credits
7. Speedrun trophy pops as soon as the credits start.
I can not confirm if any other trophies will pop as I got them on my first play through. I hope this helps people, we have to many games to play to have to worry about speed runs. But if you're into that kind of thing, have fun!

Finished 5: 07: 08 on crushing difficulty to get two birds with one stone. Just some tips if you want to do this on Crushing (as it really isnt that bad with infinite ammo and the gun mentioned here.
When in combat dont try to run past enemies to progress, find a wall, kill and cover. Be patient its better then dying and keeping that time. Additionally, pause the game, then watch the puzzle and replicate just to save some more time. Spam jump / roll as well to move faster, every second counts.
When it comes to the Rafe fight at the end, I found doing the part where you fence one another to activate slow motion, I had time to spare and made the parries much easier on crushing. Then as soon as you lose the sword, put it back into normal as the parries then are pretty easy to get before he hits.
Great guide as always! Oh, I also finished with 74% accuracy, so you could get Crushing / Sharpshooter and Speedrun all in one!

Didn't think I had this in me. I glitched this trophy on the PS4 version as I really thought I wouldn't be able to do it. I did terrible with the Speedruns in The Nathan Drake Collection. Attempted it today with the PS5 Remaster while following this video to learn quicker ways through ceartin puzzles and even learnt quicker routes in ceartin areas that I never knew I could take. Ended up finishing the game in about 4 hours and 40 minutes. I've now done 4 playthroughs of this game including the Speedrun. And it's such a masterpiece. Great video as always, Powerpyx. And thanks for teaching me some stuff I didn't know about before.

Finished in 05h56 / 96% precision. Half way there had to follow precisely the guide, because I was seeing myself loosing too much time chapter after chapter. So thanks for this guide. Also the trophy didn't pop right away in ps5 version, and I was scared that skiping the credits would glitch it some how, so had to watch like 20 min of credits and then it popped: D

Trying to do this on Legacy of Thieves (PS5. I started a new game and carried all stats over like the video shows, but my timer is showing me at over 10 hours and I-m only on chapter 8. When I started it was at over 9 hours. Is this trophy going to unlock if I still finish it in under 6 hours with the timer showing so much more? How do you get the timer to reset if not?
reply

There still a long way to go and there hasn-t been much fighting but I decided to try and get this trophy and the Crushing one in the same go without following the guide and just playing. I started chapter 8 at 1h 10mins and thought I was probably doing pretty bad but that-s exactly where you are so I feel a little more confident going forward lol

Thank you so much for this video! I used the times for each chapter from your video and made myself a spreadsheet with your times and a 25% padding as a maximum amount of time I could spend on each chapter and still finish in under 6 hours. I didn't quite match your time, but I came close with 4: 53: 47! Couldn't have done it without you!
reply

Definitely harder than it looks and I messed up plenty of checkpoints but I still beat it comfortably in a little less than 5 hours 30 minutes. As some have mentioned timer stops at end of chapter 22. Epilogue doesn-t actually count toward time. Thanks for guide. I used you as a measuring stick to make sure I was on pace.

Finished it in 4: 45: 55. Also got the Sharpshooter (88% accuracy) and Swordmaster trophies in the same run. Probably could have finished it a couple minutes faster, had a few unnecessary falling deaths and some wasted time in a few spots getting stuck on allies or the environment.

Got it with 5: 05: 01 and 89% accuracy. Doable but pretty shitty achievement. Making me to play the games at lest 2 times. Once on crushing once speed-run. And both runs suck ass. Crushing with no cheats is horror and you get to experience nothing in the speed-run.

4: 43: 23
It sounds dumb, but I feel like for a speedrun, the timer should end there.
Yeah sure there's still qtes and a whole epilogue to do but c'mon, unless you're disabled or want to take your own sweet time for some reason, it won't take long.

Currently doing this along with finishing the game in Crushing (and Hard too, as trophies stacks) and Sharpshooter. I'm at chapter 17, with 4: 07: 14 total playtime. I hope I can do it, and don't need a third playthrough
reply

holy fuggin moly trophy popped after ALL of the credits. The whole time i was like 'did it glitch? '. .. 'did i do something wrong? '. .. 'i do NOT wanna attempt that again. then finally i got it. MAD fugged up
reply

I just started replaying A Thief's End again recently and the Speedrun trophy is the next achievement I'm working towards. I've tried to do it around 3 times already and I'm on my 3rd attempt now. thanks for this!
reply

For some reason, my save bugged instantly on chapter 10 and now I am in chapter 12 with only 15 minutes in-game. I don't know why, but probably because I was trying to get the sharpshooter trophy with a glitch
reply

Is it possible to skip past the section where you climb up the tower to press the button that makes the compass arrows appear. Can you just go straight to the cave where the arrows would of ended?
reply

I got a question. Does pausing the game affect the time the game is played? Like if the game was paused, would the time still continue or will the time also pause until you press resume?
reply

Final time 4: 44: 54. Currently wating in the credits for the trophy to pop, then I-ll have all of the Uncharted series platinums. Except Golden Abyss, bc it isn-t available on PS5.
reply

i started my -New Game- speedrun but it says i have 6hrs 45mins total playtime. is this gonna affect my run?
i also play the digital version so i can't clear data

reply

I have to do the crushing difficulty again because somehow my gamplay turns normal automaticly so now im doing it crushing AGAIN with the speedrun trophy, I hope i can get it
reply

I keep having a problem where the loading screen stops loading and I have to quit the game. It's largely bypassable by reloading the game but it's sooo frustrating
reply

Was feeling really panicked doing my first attempt. Thought I was behind by like half an hour. Check the time stamp and discover I'm 6 minutes ahead. Feeling pretty good.
reply

Thanks for the guide. Completed it on the remastered Legacy of Thieves collection for PS5 in 5: 31: 35. the trophy didn't pop until the END of the credits. whew: )
reply

Just completed it on explorer, have no idea of how many hours it took me and the bullet accuracy i tried my best and it game no trophies popping up, sh-t.
reply

I finished with a time of 5: 34: 23.
Probably could have gone faster if I wasn't doing it in crushing but saving right before going into combat helped.

reply

Thanks for the guide! Finished in 4: 57: 37, it-s easier if you do the speed run after you-ve already finished the game on crushing (obviously.
reply

I did it in 5 hours and 56 seconds and did not get the trophy why I do not know but I was pissed didn't think I'd ever tried again but now I am
reply

Finished it in 5 hours 49 minutes
I thought I wouldn't make it
At the start of 20 chapter I had only 1 hour left
Glad it went well

reply
