Definitely most Shania Twain, Faith Hill, and Sheryl Crow hits around that time. And U2's Beautiful Day. And who could forget Smash Mouth! Just some suggestions if you continue the 00s

This is a great list. I would add a few others (Stuck With You- Huey Lewis and the News, Rico Suave- Gerardo, Hot Hot Hot- Buster Poindexter, Working For The Weekend- Loverboy, Caribbean Queen- Billy Ocean) OK I can get carried away. I see how hard it was to narrow it down. Great job!

A little history, I just found out about the inspiration for Itsy Bitsy Bikini Song was songwriter Paul Vance's 2 year old daughter. Mr Vance just passed away at the age of 92 in Florida on May 30th.
Brian Hyland, who sings the song, was only 16 years old when it went #1.

Great list and video. Could easily have about 20 more Beach Boys songs in there. And Wipe Out and/or Hawaii 5-0 and/or Walk Don't Run would provide some instrumental variety.

Some of those 90's 2k's ones were hit and miss, hardly big summer tunes, but the early ones I liked. Music started tanking in the after 911.
