My mom is allergic to cats. And like 15 years ago when I still lived with her, I saw a kitten in the middle of the street. Of course I brought it home. My mom first said you have to keep it in your room'. Then the first day after I left to work and got back she had let the kitten out and was playing with it all day. Her face was red, her nose was stuffed up. She said how do I say no to a kitten Ha ha. I got the cat a home 2 days later. Unfortunately it died not long after. Rest in peace Sargent Pepper.

Funny how sometimes we fall into a place that fits us. Sometimes random troubles push us into were we belong. It's nice to belong somewhere. Some creatures are still on that uncertain journey through the wilderness, and just haven't landed yet. Be kind to life's travelers, they might still be stumbling over the stones in their path. A little love goes a long way.

I'm not a big cat person but she is adorable. Be careful with something that tiny. You mentioned that she sleeps next to you.
Same principle: With huge dog mothers, puppies need to be separated during sleep. And watched closely during mom's feeding of them. Crushing very possible.

This is a wonderful story but I live in Taiwan and I don't usually see people wearing face Shields.
I'm an American but I've been here the last 15 years is that common now people are wearing face shields
Can you breathe under them I would imagine better than wearing a mask

Thank god that kitten is no longer in possession of those ladies who are where face shields OUTSIDE! No idea what awful things they probably would subject that poor kitten too. Hours of MSNBC Rachel Mancow and CNN Brian Selter gross.

You'd think they'd look inside the shed immediately when the dogs showed obvious interest in it. At least from basic human curiosity. Chipmunks or squirrels or whatever, you'd still look inside before doing anything else.

Why is it a thing on dodo to save an animal and then give it away Why are they always given away I get that in this case one of her dogs is allergic but explain everyone else I couldn’t bring myself to do it.

People in the comments assuming they didn't check the shed but they probably did and didn't see or hear anything and figured if it's chipmunks we'll let em be because they can slip through the door easily.

If you are allergic to cats you can get a kitten because kittens do not have any dander, then the kittens grow and you become immune to there dander as you are exposed to it gradually over time. DUH!
