Haha that's great, my Dad did same for my dogs years ago when I was a kid on our front side yard fence for dogs to look out, they loved it. Then he even made a ramp up to almost top of backyard fence so small dog could run up and look out over top of fence She loved it

I just can't help it, I laughed my ass off seeing this. This is a really good idea, as long as you can trust your neighbors if it is an adjoining neighbors fence. Otherwise, no problemo. Amazon, car hop trays.

If i were in same situation with my brother, my parents would have boarded up that small hole and say: if you argue who will watch through it, neither will watch.
And my parents aren't even Asian.

They have these clear plastic half spheres that you can install in your fence that I seen once so that they can actually see up and down the side of the fence on the other side as well. They're pretty cool
