I know it’s wrong of me and it’s her home, but it’s so SCARY imagining Cloudbarry back in the Arctic, especially after you watch those Documentaries of Ringed Seals being hunted by Polar Bears and Orcas. But I’m sure she’ll be ok and live out the rest of her life Happy. After all she’s a diva! The last thing a Predator would wanna eat!

If she worked her way up along the Scottish coast and used the Orkneys as a stepping stone she might have encountered other ringed seals as soon as the Shetlands. The route would take her through some of the most productive herring spawning sites. She probably has difficulties getting on those ice floats by now because of her amazing rotundness.

Oh I loved her noises: she is so beautiful! Absolutely gorgeous. Thank you for helping these tranquil Angels get back to health and for giving Cloudberry love, respect, and getting her as close to her home as possible. Oh I cried watching her go for it. Will be praying for her always!

I'm worried about Cloudberry way more than I am worried about the alleged c v i d mentioned by that mr tedros guy in this video. Fear p o r n has no place here in the USA. I got sad when I saw Cloudberry released from the Northern tip of Ireland, but so happy for Cloudberry.

theres no way that seal is still alive. these seals aren't taught how to navigate, weather, currents/waves, predators. Theres no tracker so we don't even know how to do better next time. Would have been better to release with others.

I know they miss her! What a funny girl. She's queen of her domain for sure. I'm surprised they didn't put a tracker on her. It obviously wouldn't stay forever. But long enough to see that she headed the right way.

That’s pretty messed up! You are going to release a seal who has never been in the wild and learn how to defend herself against predators. She will be dead within a week. Who are you people!

May Cloudberry R. I. P safely inside the stomachs of a pod of orcas. The orcas thank-you kindly for getting her nice and plump before releasing her directly into their mouths.

Melanie: the last thing we want to introduce her to a dangerous situation where the other seals might pick on her
Cloudberry: I am the danger, I am the one who slaps!

it wouldve been great if she had been tracked to know whether she arrived at the arctic but I hope she's doing great albeit a sassy ungrateful seal in their kingdom

In a world of fishy attitudes, she was the champion of entitled, ungrateful, rude, and mean seal behavior. But she remains irresistibly chubby and adorable.

I’m surprised they couldn’t get special permission to release her at a proper location. It’s not like they wanted a team of 30 to go.
