oh god this video breaks my heart its just so tragic to see her in that condition at the beginning Im going to Bali in 10 months and im so worried Ill see this tragedy everywhere, I've been warned the poverty is hard to see so im bracing myself, but the animals the humans have allowed this to happen to, that is going to be hard. we need more videos like this about Bali as opposed to the fake insta garbage photo shopped and empty of soul

Guessing this is Bali. Bali and Serbia have a reputation for abandoned dogs.
Wish there were laws to prevent this from happening, but theres no animal welfare in many country's still.
