The 10 points could have also been rewarded to Neville because Remus Lupin himself never stood up to his friends and stop them from doing something bad like Neville did. There's there's also a theory that Neville represents Remus Lupin and that Ron Hermione in Harry as well as Neville represent the new Marauders. I think. As for professor trelawney she also predicted that Umbridge would be in great Danger. And look what happened to her when she went into the dark Forest. XD. As for nagini being the snake in the zoo. I don't think that's really true. The snake sounded like a male and we all know that nagini's female. Combine that with the fact that the snake in the zoo stared at a sign that said: Bred in captivity kind of says. no this is not nagini. Plus the snake seems very comical. As seen the way how it purposely scared everybody but didn't do anything nasty.

Some believe that crookshanks is actually regulus black who somehow managed to escape the water and hid to try and become an animagus to at least stay near the people he cared for or transfigured him self into a cat (note some also believe his patronus was a cat of somekind because regulus like most/all? of the blacks was named after a constelation regulus being leo a lion) then maybe he was taken to a cat shop and adopted by lily not knowing it was regulus then him going to hermione but you never know the theory seems kinda outlandish to me but hey as ive said you never know

we also know that whoevers around a horcrux becomes miserable
i think thats only because of the protective charms voldy put on his horcruxes, and also, voldy didnt know that harry was a horcrux so he didnt do any of the charms. also if the dursleys became miserable becuause harry was a horcrux so would ron, hermione and everyone else harry spent time with. plus mcgonagall was watching the dursleys before they met harry and they were still very dursleyish.

There's this other theory about Crookshanks. This theory states that Crookshanks was actually Regulus Black because Regulus was Sirius's younger brother. And that's why Crookshanks kept dragging Scabbers (Peter) to Sirius everytime. Because Regulus knew that was the reason Sirius broke out of azkaban.
I found another headcannon saying Sirius died knowing his younger brother was on the dark side. Regulus died knowing his older brother hated him for it. T_T

Those predictions in the divination class, getting burned, losing a friend, etc, weren't predicted by Trelawny, but made up by Harry & Ron for their divination homework. Not predicted. Actually made up. Anyone who read the books would know that.
If the movie gave those predictions to Trelawny, well, those a$$ hats gave all Ron's cool lines to other characters for no viable reason. So you shouldn't believe everything you saw in the movies.

The Dursley's werent bad because of Harry, as in the first chapter of the book before Harry comes into the Dursley's life, you will note that Mr. Dursley is already quite a horrid man, i quote, he snapped at his secretary, he yelled at people some more and by lunch time was in a good mood. There are a few more examples that prove this, the Dursley's arent mean because of Harry, theyre mean because theyre assholes.

I dont think the second theory about the Dursleys is correct, you can see that when Mcgonagall (excuse my spelling) meets dumbledore at privet drive in the first book, shes already mentioning how bad the Dursleys are acting before they even meet Harry, you can also see this before Harry is even mentioned in the book, that is my opinion.

The Theory about the Dursleys is wrong as in the book it shows proof that the Dursleys were always awful people before even Harry as it gives there backstory vermin was always awful and petunia was only horrible to Harry because she was still Jealous of Lilly for being magical taking it out on Harry

In australia winter is around july tho, and harry potter took place in london and i think london has winter the same time as aus idk but i do think that trelawney was correct to guess harry's birth date i think this is true but yeh
