All Of Us Are Dead With And Without VFX

Rating: 4.0; Vote: 1

Welcome to your newest tv obsession: All Of Us Are Dead. The Korean Netflix Drama combines the best of special effects, an intriguing narrative, fabulous aesthetic, and of course, talented performers. Having zombies rampage through the school meant hours upon hours were spent in the makeup and prosthetic chairs. The team to get everyone prepped was huge and the fake blood well there was plenty of it! If the fights in the show seemed a bit intense and supernatural, its because they had the help of harnesses and wires that allowed the performers to fly around while battling, making it all the more exciting. This cast was fearless, performing their own stunts including one that saw two actors clinging to each other for dear life and flying down headfirst. There was also a very real face plant but all that bruising and blood? Luckily it was courtesy of the talented makeup artists. With the show wanting to remain as grounded in reality as possible, the crew made efforts to enact as much as they could in real life on the set. When filming in the blue screen studio, they didnt just use VFX there was a real tiny fire blazing on as the actors performed! Ever wonder where that massive school is? The place they shot wasnt a building at all. The team went ahead and built a fourstory, hundredfoot wall to work its magic and it worked! All Of Us Are Dead has incredible practical and visual effects, all combined to make one terrifyingly good zombie show!
