I noticed that Mal's hair turns more and more blue throughout the movie until it looks just like the colour of Evie's. I think this might be the power of Hades' ember, or that Mal just starts to appreciate her dad steadily more during the film. What do you think?

The time where Hades comes to wake up Audrey after that when they take him back he has the ember with him but after she kisses him (while Hades s hands were tied) she has the ember in her hands not hades
