For me the timeline is for arrow supergirl batwoman flash and legends I dont watch black lightning so he isnt in this much during the timeline and this is post crisis to make it simple. Also not as many events from legends will show up. And some of this is my opinion on when these events would happen based on real world dates.

1700 Bc vandal savage and the hawks get their powers from thanagarian powers
Also during this time loom of fate was destroyed
1013 formation of the league of assasins.
1874 salvation the legends battle the demon mallus and his historical army with the help of the time bureau. However the incident along with many others involving the legends was reduced to a story. And was covered up by the time bureau
1916 france another incident involving the legends trying to face off against the legion of doom with alternate timeline versions of themselves. The results lead to one of many deaths with the reverse flash and the other members of the legion returning home with their minds wiped.
Late 1930s to mid 1940s years that the JSA was most active. The JSA were technically the first heroes of the universe but they operated in the shadows unlike future heroes.
1951 dominator invasion 1 and possibly this caused the DEO to form on earth prime
The rest of the 19th century also brought the birth of some heroes
1979 destruction of krypton
1985 birth of oliver queen
1989 birth of barry allen
Imo around this time I bet the Wayne's were killed
In the late 90s I expect superman to arrive on the scene as the new hero of metropolis like this would happen around 1999
2000 to 2001 I expect there to be sightings of the batman in gotham city

and you dont watch arrow first you have to watch the past stuff like the night flash's mom died and when supergirl came to earth or mabye and the emiko queen past stuff with Malchom mora and robert queen plus all the arrow flash backs but i guess you wanted the easy route withhout knowing everything: )

I maybe not be a super DC fan
I haven't watched any arrow or legend of tomorrow but I have watched other shows from the very beginning to now and I don't wanna watch only 3 Episode and wait next month for the next 2 episodes.
I love all the arrowverse

In the air with straw they took a lot of Batman villains changing their backstory to be Arrow villains
like the character Ra's al Ghul
and also Deathstroke
