When we watch a film unfold on a screen the runtime is usually no more than two hours long, but we all know that actors spend months filming hours and hours of footage that never makes it to the big screen. While it's understandable that directors have to make executive decisions to get their movies to the desired length, sometimes those deleted scenes happen to be some favorite moments of the actors. As you can guess, finding out that a favorite scene of yours that you put a lot of work into isnt going to see the light of day, isnt always the easiest thing to accept for an actor.
Whether it happens in hit franchises like the Twilight Saga or in a Marvel Cinematic Universe film like spiderman, it's just as disappointing. But it also shows just how dedicated actors like Evanna Lynch are to their character and their films, with some of them even offering to fund certain scenes so that theyd be filmed and included!
Other actors were a little put off about deleted scenes because of how much prework went into them, like learning entire dance routines that would later be almost entirely cut from their film were looking at you Margot Robbie.
