It really matter on a number of things. The main being how much time Ollie had to prepare. It also matters where. In Star, Ollie know that place inside out. In Central, Flash had ran through every street. Home field advantage is big here. In a one v one out of no where, of course the Flash will come out on top. Especially if Oliver doesn-t have any equipment he needs to stand even a chance. But, if the Stars align with it being Star City, and Ollie having time to prepare, Ollie could win easy.

bruh obviously the flash smh. People arguing that Arrow has been able to shoot Flash before, I would like to say that then Flash was at the start of his training and wasn-t skilled yet. Where he is now he could defeat Arrow. Even if Arrow is more experienced, Flash is just way to hella fast.

well flash would probably in a hand to hand combat but if oliver would come with a plan, i'm sure he can come out with a plan, and use his weaknesses against him
