Some of these actors were plain awful in their movies, but some of them just managed to land in some bad movies. And others are just being hated on. Some actors know they aren't going to land roles in Oscar worthy period pieces, so they stick to what works for them which usually is a formulaic comedy or action movie. Critics are almost always going to hate those movies but they end up being box office successes anyway.

He Doesn't Count But Marlon Brando I've Already adressed my disdain for The Godfather (1972) also Last Tango In Paris (1972) who uses a stick of Butter as K/Y Jelly not to mention A Streetcar Named Desire (1951) that scene where poor Blanche gets raped by Stanley seriously no wonder I hate his ass

Y'all are still dragging Adam Sandler, that guy has actually been in good movies in recent years after The Meyerowitz Stories and Uncut Gems. Heck, even the weaker movies he was in are still better than what they used to be in the mid-2000s to the 2010's.

Thank you for the update, WatchMojo! Sometimes I watch movies because they have my favorite actors or actresses in them. I don't even look at the story nor trailers. I think there are more people like me, and that's why their bad movies still make money.

Gerard Butler may not be at the top of anyone’s list, but his work has been a lot better recently. Movies like Greenland, Cop Shop and Plane (even if not high cinema, admittedly) were reasonably well-received as well as a lot of fun.

With very few exceptions, Adam Sandler's characters are the perpetual man child. It's almost as if you could swap out his character from one of his films into almost any of his other films and it would fit seamlessly.

and I get that 300 was popular but to not give Gerard credit for his part in Phantom of the opera is crazy to me i love the part he played, then seeing him jump to the role he played in 300 was an absolute turnaround.

Bruce Willis has made a few nice movies like The Fifth Element and the first 3 Die Hard movies but, in the last few years his IMDB score has never gone above 4. 5, and most of the time not even above 3. 7.

Nicolas Cage still makes plenty of great movies. Mandy, Color Out of Space, Pig, Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent and Dream Scenario just in the last few years. Definitely shouldn’t be here.

_Happy Gilmore_ is one of Adam Sandler’s better movies, but _Jack and Jill_ speaks volumes about how awful he truly is. I haven’t seen one Sandler movie I’d rewatch time and again.

What is vitally important to remember is that actors are overpriced gig workers going from gig to gig, not unlike a temp admin assistant, or a janitor or a gardener.

Nicholas cage got a lot of bad movies, but he got a lot of good ones too
Mandy
Willy's Wonderland
Renfield
Unbearable weight of massive talent

I'm continually impressed by the passion and intellect of the women in this community, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to learn from each other.

Henry Cavill should consider firing his agwnt. Many of his projects, especially Argylle, have been disappointing as of late, aside from The Witcher.

8: 14 I loved that movie jus imagine yourself in that situation what would had done then they came out with another one right after

#11 is nevertheless awesome (and is still making great movies as well. Plus: no matter how horrible the film: he is NEVER boring!
reply

I feel like this is a clickbait video. There’s no definition of a bad movie as it varies from person to person and by taste.
