Juliana, this is a beautiful and challenging practice, as always. Thank you Question for you. When you are doing crescent lunge, I notice that you typically have your upper body positioned as a heart opener rather than seeking out more of a straightened spine. Any recommendations on best practices for the rest of us? Is it a matter of what we want our focus to be, with spine elongation versus heart opening? I appreciate your response and have a beautiful day

You are my new idol now, I have started doing yoga, pilates and meditation these days following your video, they are addictive. Coz I do cardio/bodyweight in the afternoon after work, I even try to wake up earlier everyday to do yoga, you have so many videos and I will discover them gradually and take time with them, thank you so much for giving much such inspiration and have new dimension of the meaning of life

This looks amazing The title says that it is a yoga practice, but the description says Pilates. I switch off between yoga and pilates days and have your workouts divided into yoga and then pilates groups. Which group would you say this workout should be added to? Thanks so much xoxo

Beautiful Great work out But you should really upload the video whose short version you uploaded on Instagram the routine with the crow and headstand posture, that would be awesome and really useful for intermediate users who follow you through here

Another wonderful challenging workout Thank you thank you thank you Just a thought I noticed alot of the new videos go straight into 3 leg dog right at the beginning of the workout. It would be awesome if we did a regular dog first to loosen up the muscles. xoxo

This was great I'm studying veterinary and in the midst of revision stress before some big exams and your yoga/pilates/workout videos have been keeping me sane as well as active which is so easy to neglect with stressful things like revision Thank you

Is it normal for the heel of my foot to never fully touch the mat? like flat footed? , also my knee always hurts a ton in these workouts. (I'm not overweight and I'm only 19 years old) Sure I'm a beginner but I've probably done 20 videos by now.

After a few years of not working out I started your yoga about 3 months ago. It has been fun seeing the physical change and the progress of difficulty my body and do. I look forward with what other things I can do in with few extra months.

Just a simple question since Im trying to make sure Im practicing safely for my body if I am not as flexible and my heels dont touch the ground during my downward dog should I be bending my knees until I increase my flexibility?

My baby is due in June and I'm still able to get through this You have helped me to be stronger and more flexible. These workouts are definitely harder carrying 25 extra lbs though Excited to get back in shape after baby is born.
