As usual beautiful. Well m ur regular follower n quite fan f urs Juliana. important: since m an hindu and a devotee just want to guide u for ur betterment. I saw ur starting video u were blowing d sage / Dhoop / Pooja stick at Ganesha's altar Rite? Well mythologicly u r nt ever suppose to blow or pump flames with ur mouth -REASON: it's said tht while blowing or pumping for flames through our mouth we release saliva which is incredibly sin for us towards god. Try nt to do tht just a suggestion from ur fan follower. I want ur videos to b appropriate more so tht it feels more PIOUS just like ur lovely words

Thank you very much for this very good tutorial. I managed to hold this position for a few seconds but my knees are hurting my upper arms too much. What am I doing wrong? I guess the weight should be on your hands, but somehow all the weights are on my knees pressing the boney knees on my upper arm.

this was one of the trickiest poses for me when i first started yoga it took me sooooo long to master it and it still sometimes gives me trouble. for me it's not so much the weight transfer as feeling like my knee caps a digging into my biceps painfully at times. love these steps

Thank you for explaining how to ease into the posture, it's super helpful. You're a great teacher I have this slight problem whenever I try to do this pose of just toppling over and falling on my head though, any tips on keeping the balance, is it a matter of arm strength?

Thanks Juliana How long should the pose typically be held? I can get into but I am not good about holding it longer than a few seconds. Also, should one warm up and stretch first before going into crow? Thank you for the tutorials

Did anyone else do this as a kid? I'm pretty sure I used to do this pose as a kid. though I had no idea it was yoga. I just thought it was a funny pose. I don't think I even knew what yoga was back then.
