Kayley, I know this is sort of random, but could you please enlighten me on how one should do the wrap hair around the ponytail trick? I mean, this is exactly what happens: I wrap it around, pin it in with a bobby pin (or two sometimes, I cross them, then I walk away from the mirror for about 5 sec and everything just unwraps. Even with the help of hairspray. Could this be because I have hair that's super straight and slippery? Any tips would be greatly appreciated kisses

when you want to go from washing your hair everyday to every other day, sadly you have to deal with the oil until your hair gets used to not be washed everyday, i had to go through that, i wash my hair every three days and my last hair trim my stylist said my hair was super healthy and i only needed and inch and a half off and i hadnt had a trim in 6 months. You just kind of have to suffer through unti your hair gets used to not being washed everyday.

It's in the same general family, but not considered to be as harsh as ingredients like Sodium Laureth, Myreth, and Lauryl Sulfate, or Ammonium Lauryl and Laureth Sulfate. Sulfates are essentially detergents and some are much harsher than others. The ones in this shampoo can be considered hidden sulfates because they're kind of cousins of sulfates, however, they're mild and gentle unlike the big scary harsh sulfates I have to avoid.

I switched to natural beauty products last year and my skin (and hair) have never been better. I actually have tried 3 scents of the Lavanilla deodorant. The regular vanilla and the vanilla lavender are wonderful and work really well, but the vanilla coconut scent was a DISASTER I really don't recommend the latter I'll definitely give the Michael Todd soaps a try. I didn't even know they had soaps: ) Thanks for pointing it out

Kayley, you rave about your Michael Todd products so much, I just had to give them a try I just purchased a discovery kit, as well as, a body soap. I've been suffering from acne for several years now and nothing has seemed to work. I really want my skin to be in the best shape possible for my upcoming nuptials. I hope the Michael Todd products I've purchased will do the trick Love your videos: )

Biolin capsules are good to keep less hair from falling out (our hair falls out daily) as much. I have very thin hair and not a lot of it & just recently I've been using virgin unrefined coconut oil once a week an hour or so before taking a shower & I've noticed my hair seems to look fuller. It stimulates the hair follicles making hair stronger and with that it doesn't weaken and fall as quickly.

I originally had 'tight' skin after using the clinique 3 step, but I stuck with it (because I had spent so much money on it) and I actually adjusted to it, and now my skin doesn't feel tight, and is much better at oil control. Gone from being very oily to normal/combo. I have the same problem with itchiness (scalp/body) so I might have to go sulfate free. Thanks for the tip: )

sooo cool hearing a beauty guru talk about potentially embarrassing body issues like your itchy underarms and scalp. Both a big help as a possible solution for other suffering from similar issues and just not being afraid to show that you're not perfect. Love the video and love how much research it sounds like you've put into the decisions you made: D

I loved lavanilla deoderant for the first week I tried it (because after spending the money, I wanted to love it) but then I realized it wasn't working - it smells terrible and basically doesn't work at all. I've tried them all (except for whatever one Martha Stewart loves. haven't gotten there yet) and Tom's is my favorite of the naturals.

yeah, you have to tough it out My advice is wear lots of hats. but it's so so worth it, my fourth day hair now looks the same as my room mate's second day hair, I wash mine ever 2-3 days, she washes it ever morning: / You can do it, and it is so so worth it. Dry shampoo and baby powder can help as well. Good luck
