were going to do Bubble Nails which a new trend going around and I saw it on Vincent Nails and Kingston Nails on Instagram and a couple of tutorials. Some people are having trouble with it so Im going to try and figure out what makes it work and what doesnt - its a little bit of a sciencey video today. Ive already prepped Andreas nail and Im going to apply stiletto nails. Im using Natural Beige and Pure Black with a few different designs. Im going to use Natural to blend the two colours together. Cap any of the Black in Clear. File and smooth the nails out once theyre done. For the bubble section, Ive got to mix a potion so I have 2 dampen dishes. Im going to use Snow White and Butterscotch for my gel polishes, Im then going to add Monomer, Pure Acetone, Cuticle Oil and Top Coat. Im going to mix all of that together and apply it to a section of the nail. I found you need a lot of oil so Im going to add an extra bit of oil on top of the mix to add some more bubbles in. Im then going to cure and remove all the extra oil with Gel Residue Wipe Off Solution and then Top Coat. Make sure all of the oil is gone before you top coat. Finish with some cuticle oil around the cuticles

This is pure MAGIC You are a sorceress Your vidz are very educational, informative, and above all - FUN to watch Thank you for sharing your vast how-to-make great nails. I actually sculpted a nail (for the first time) on myself just last night - on my dominant hand. And I heard your voice as I was picking up the bead, releasing on to the nail, and other nuggets you share. And what do you know, suddenly the stress fractured right hand pointing finger nail, was whole and without fault. I even felt the heat, and pinched just a tiny bit with my fingers. Thank you for sharing knowledge Thank you for brightening up my days. Hug from Norway: )

Hi Kirsty Big fan here, I wanted to say this was a great video I went and tried my hand at it too. I find that your initial method is great, but I found that by putting down a wet top coat layer first and then add the mixture on the nail, it spreads more. When watching those acrylic pour videos the artist usually puts down a wet layer of paint and then pours on top. It gives the paint something to move into and spread. Hope this idea helps in your future vids

I watch so many of your videos and loooove them I'm deciding to start doing my own nails as I've done them before a long while ago. Too many technicians had ruined my nails/acrylics and they look terrible, plus it wasn't worth the money What kind of brushes do you use? I never see it in the what products were used part of the description. I really need a good brush that wont fall apart or get ruined right away.

I wasn't typically enchanted by the look until you added the foil. Then it all came together for me and I started thinking of different colors and the froth became seafoam, etc. Outstanding job and this is going to be my next project. Thank you, Kirsty Adam, your idea for her desk is brilliant. Edit: Thanks to both of you for prodding my imagination every time.

Definitely agree, the gold foil made it pop Do you think that the bubbles get larger when you clean it, because the oil is heavier and goes to the bottom of the nail with gel sitting on top, not really curing? Then, once you clean it, it removes it all. Thanks for your fun and informative videos

Oh wow, these nails are absolutely breathtakingly stunning Kirsty, I wish I had the stamina to do a full set, but my back and hands cant take it due to my disability. They are amazing. Cant wait to see the (Moon) nails. Thanks for sharing as always. Love from West Yorkshire. X x

Although I like how it looks, I don't like the idea of mixing random products together. You never know how they're going to react with each other. With some potentially dangerous chemicals as acetone I don't think it's particularly safe either. But like I said, very pretty.

The one nail def looks like the moon. Overall to me reminds me of my marble fireplace in my old house. Cause marble can have like bubble like patches of color missing and look frothy/smokey. Gorgeous I love them. I want to see a full set of moon nails for sure.

Can someone help please. My gel topcoat always lifts at the edges after a day or two. I prep my nails and do all the steps etc, but I can't nail the top coat. I'm not sure if I'm flooding the mail or going to close to the skin. Any advice would be great thanks.
