Hey Adam, I think your recent interest in Korean food and cooking has been really cool, and I'd love to see you branch out more into Japanese cooking next. Maybe okonomiyaki or tempura? By the way, I know you don't like to deep-fry, but I find that using a tempura fryer (which is literally just a flat-bottomed wok with a draining rack attached to the rim) the way most Japanese home kitchens do is one of the best ways to go and solves most of your problems with deep frying at home.

I'm glad to see that South Korean government is trying something different after decades of failed marketing of our traditional food. At least they're not trying to shove every foreigners in the face with Kimchi.

thats pretty cool that they would sponsor you to cook one of their regions specialty. It would be interesting to see other cities or regions sponsoring you too cook their specialties.

Traditionally you don't debone the fish or break apart the fish. Koreans eat around the bones during the meal. But otherwise a pretty good representation.

As a Korean boy, I am honored that you make good-looking Korean food. I am glad a person like you gets sponsored by a South-Korean providence.
