As a Minneapolis native and passionate lover of Jucy Lucy's, this video was a bit disappointing. Starting at Blue Door was disgraceful. Blue Door DOES have great Lucy's (French dip is ) BUT it is only an interpretation of the bonafide original that is found at Matt's Bar. You can't start at interpretations and work your way back to the truth. Unacceptable. I demand a reshoot.

Not international, but you should head to Springfield Illinois and try out different Horeshoes(the food, you can't really get them anywhere else and they are fantastic. I want more people to know about them and how good they are, they def deserve more love Plus I'm sure there are a million different places you can get one around there

Matts is good for a classic burger. but is a turd infested swamp of flies and mice. 5-8 is great for a classic take with a couple cheese options, but for me Its the Blue Door Pub all day long if you want something creative. Their Jucy Lucy options are amazing and all taste wonderful.

Its not a good idea to eat a medium rare burger at all When the meat is mashed it could be pockets of bacteria inside, not the same as a steak that the center has never been incontact with anything on the outside. Lessons by Gordon Ramsey itself. Greetings

Holy CRAP I literally live 2 blocks from one of these places, a mile from another, and see a third one when I visit relatives every couple weeks. Seeing him eat a burger in one of my favorite restaurants is kind of surreal.
