I had a thought (rare. There are tens of millions of Americans who live alone. How about some recipes or ideas for people who live alone? Shopping for 1. Saving and using leftovers for 1. Cooking) for 1. I assume some of the presenters are single and do this at home already? Help a single person outFinal thought (less rare): Use as few machines as possible. Blenders are a pain. Just knives, pans, pots, and fire. that can be washed in a dish-washerless kitchen.

Andy, thank you for making me look like I know how to cook. I cook in a local non profit kitchen and I tested this dish to see if those in charge thought we could make and sell this dish. It was an immediate hit Today I made the dish for my mothers birthday and yet another hit. Again, thanks to you and all these excellent videos from Bon Appetit

Ever think of making a series where you show us the fails or process everyone goes thru when creating new dishes? I think it would help show people who want to experiment how to go about it. And it would just be fun to see some fails and what everyone is thinking during the process

Just made this with some homemade pasta and veggies with soy-ginger sauce. Pretty bangin One thing no learned is not to skimp on peppers to cut the heat, it makes the sauce too watery and doesn't stick as well. Andy's right, best to just remove the seads.

My modifications1. Make batter out of the marinade by adding a little cornflour slurry so that it holds better2. Add chopped garlic and butter to oil3. Add a freshly ground black pepper just before taking off heat and then add the basil and toss

There seems to be a Brad in the background theme to these videos. The two chefs contrast. Ive read fawning posts about Brad, or that he and Andy dont get along. I guess I am team Andy. Very silly waste of my time posting this just. Whatever.

oh my gosh when i saw the ratatouille fresh out of the oven, so beautiful and yummy, perfect harmony. and it made want to burst out in a song and dance even. Hmmm, does this make a I'm a cartoon character?

The head massage technique Andy showed us at the beginning is absolutely legit. It hurts a little bit but the tension literally drains out afterwards, 10/10. And the shrimp was good, too.

Andy isn't the Daddy of the BA test kitchen. He is Michel from Gossip Girl's little brother, just instead of 90% sassy and sarcastic and 10% nice, he's more like 70-30 and he doesn't like carbs
