I do the pasta stick method ALL the time. I do it on my wooden cupboards but I ALWAYS wipe it after. It works every time. Its only for pasta that isnt Aldente and is served separate from the sauce (or quickly tossed with it; doesn't want to overcook the pasta)

I don't know who Alessia is. first time seeing her in any video. I will say this, you two have a lot of chemistry and it made this video really fun to watch. I'll go ahead and look up who she is, but your guys charisma made this video. I loved it.
