Quick note on slow cooking chx breast: he says if you like dry, shredded chx tacos but like. If you set up a better cooking liquid (he used way too much water, should be more like a braise, you then just mix that liquid back into the shredded chicken, adding more flavor and obviously moisture

Ok I did an experiment We grew fresh dried basil so I melted a good bit of butter then mixed the (crushed) basil in the butter then poured it onto the chicken and cooked it that way it was SO GOOD we then cut it up and put it in noodles and pesto

The key to a great pan fried breast is medium heat slight sear cooking it just to a thin pink strip inside and let that cook at rest off the heat. The juice wont escape and the fibers dont tighten like crazy.

Youre spreading raw chicken everywhere lol. Before you started cooking the chicken, you touched the raw chicken, touched something else, and then that something else now has raw chicken germs.

He seems to complain a lot about things being over cooked or just terrible. not sure the method is the problem, especially the grill and the smoked part. i think he just sucks at cooking lol

im glad u didn't use seasoning (unless it was part of the cooking) so it was a fair competition but It'd also be interesting to add the same seasoning to everything and see how it affects the cooking

How about sand cooked chicken you just put a chicken in a pot you close the pot so the sand doesn't get on the chicken and then you heat up the sand and bury the chicken and let it cook

I have smoked food ptsd because every time we go to one of my family members house they always WAY over smoke the meat (and sometimes everything else as well)

Just saying my dad always use a air fryer as a rotisserie cooker. If you have a quarter cut chicken with PERFECT seasoning its freaking juicy and flavorful.
