From the bottom of my heart, thank you for the videos you make. Your positivity and optimism, your genuineness, you just radiate uplifting energy. I was having a bad feeling night, and my first reaction was to pop on your playlist of it's alive. Still feeling a bit emotionally sore, but a lot better than before because of you.

I really appreciate this show because its food that's good for your gut floor and my dad Brad (funny coincidence) has made my brother and I super conscious about this. I'm away from home now but Brad's recipes help me keep my health in mind and have fun with at home fermentation. :D

I love Brad. I love Vinny. I love the editing. I also love how when dogs come on they get their own little name and description in the corner. Oh yeah its good for actual people too I guess. But mainly for the good boys and girls

Brad, you add miso like a masochist. Put it in a small strainer and swish it around until it dissolves in the dashi. You would probably add more miso because there is probably a big ball of miso on the bottom of the pot.

My family owns 2, 000+ acres of farm land full of corn and beans and I can tell you right now, that it is super hard work. It aint for the weaklings and if you fluff it up, you are basically screwed.

This video makes me sad, knowing we wont hear the Vinny, Vincenzo, etc. anymore. I liked Vinnys style as well. Just randomly filming things he found more interesting than Brads exposition lol.

To be honest i didn't think that groundhogs were real. I also assumed that they would look like pigs. and I saw the animation and googled it and am shocked. Its a real thing?

I think Brad is my soulmate because we're both garlic nerds with a dream to one day start a garlic farm. At the very minimum, we should be friends in real life. Lol

If Brad truly loves garlic that much he would do best to look west to Japan. I have yet to meet a cuisine that has more fully embraced garlic than Korean cuisine.
