I use a pizza cutter to cut crepes because my kids eat them so fast I cant cook fast enough and I have no time to cut it for them. My recipe: 1 cup milk + 1 egg + 1 tsp salt + 1 cup flour. The secret? Les Creuset French nonstick pan. There is no equal for perfect crepes. Every time the first one is the worst one but Im sort of a pro so if you shoot up the heat at first u can salvage the first one, reduce quickly thereafter. This process takes experience with heat, butterfat (never ever let butter brown and smoke in the pan) know your edges.

To me Ellie will always be unbreakable. After Ellie cuts the orange uh. yeah, level two she said, she aint never told no lie. This episode, I really realized that how Carla explains things isn't always the best. Can you just trust me on this one. Just grab the edge of the pan. The outer rim.
