Which of the Test Kitchen folks is the best at blindly taste testing and identifying cheese? We all know who we think it is (cough cough Chris Morocco, but the winner might surprise you. Or not. Scarlet: I think they should try real Oaxacan chesse which is called Quesillo, its harder to find than queso oaxaca which usually is more artificial and plastic-y tasting because it isnt actual Oaxacan cheese and just re-branded mozzarella. Theyd have to ask around the latin markets/new york Oaxcan community where they can find Quesillo. Theres a huge flavor difference, its much more saltier and odorous than queso Oaxaca and mozzarella

I can literally tell by the colours of those cheese and their reactions that they bought all fairly low quality versions of cheeses that at a higher quality are much more distinctive. Why not throw in an aged gouda or a specific type of high quality blue? They could have had a lot more fun with this if they had played a little more carefully with the selections.

Either tell all of them what the correct cheese is/whether they're correct before the next cheese or wait until the end for all of them. Knowing what some of the previous cheeses are gives an advantage for those who asked/got them correct. But as always I really enjoy this content and can't wait for more from BA

Since the beginning I was rooting for Gaby she is SO sweet and the one time when I was saying YES that's correct almost clapping like a proud mom, she just goes ahead and changes it xD I cannot stop laughing. Even more so because her guess was the next cheese to taste on the line.

What kind of Gouda cheese was that? Gouda cheese is supposed to be delicious Being a Dutch boy, I know very well how good it is. But I guess if it's made in the US, it's probably fu. adapted, to American tastebuds.

You should do the challenge where you give three people ingredients, the first person starts a recipe then another person comes in blind and keeps working on it, then the third person comes in and finishes the recipe

This is the first time I've been disappointed by the editing of one your videos. How are you going to put white numbers/letters against a WHITE BACKGROUND. Come on let's use our big boy brains.

Why no blues? Anericans make such bland choices. Except when they put too much hops in beer and call it 'craft', or when they try to outdo each other with how much chilli they can handle.
