Expensive ham doesn't get more expensive than genuine Iberico ham. A leg of Iberico ham can cost as much as 1, 500 a pop, is aged for three years and is the product of exclusively acorn-fed pigs. Carving Iberico ham is truly an art form and we challenged Molly Baz to learn how to do it, with the help of Jaume Guerra from Despaa (despananyc

pan con tomate always needs garlic, tomato, flaky salt, olive oil, and then any toppings you decide to add in that order. That way the garlic can get beat up by the toasted bread before the tomato softens it, then the tomato gets seasoned with salt and oil, and you don't pour oil over your jamon or chorizo or manchego and ruin the texture.

i feel like cutting ham is one of those things you cant learn by watching, you have to just try yourself and get comfortable with the knife and meat. fascinating watching that there is actually a set of ''rules'' that you have to follow when cutting this kind of ham/meat. will definitely use these tips & tricks when trying myself.

Great version of ye olde reliable pa amb tomaquet. I remember eating the everyday - non fancy version of that, sitting in the shade at the parc del Grec, drinking some trashy San Miguel beer. Summer in Spain is something else.

I love the people who make these videos, but Adam is just the worst. He needs to stay out of the professionals way. I dont know what he brings to the table but it clearly isnt positivity or camaraderie.

The fact that I watched this whole video having no interest in cooking and not being able to taste that delicious looking meat says alot about the entertainment quality of these videos. Keep it up

I love Molly. But somehow, even just less than 2 seconds of Carla's input can ruin a video. I recognized her voice before I even saw her face, and I inadvertently scowled. Please. no more Carla.

This made me so envious I love cured ham I guess I'm not much of a foodie, so I seldom get cravings for the foods I see in cooking videos, but man, I'm going crazy, I want that ham

Very nicely edited. I get the feeling that Molly has spent too much time in L. A. lately because I never was annoyed before by her speaking through her nose.
