There are so many ways to make eggs, but everybody has that one favorite method, whether it's scrambled, omelette or fried. Find out how to make Brad, Alex, Claire, Amiel, Priya, Chris, Carla, Rick and Sohla's favorite egg recipes. Sidney Mathious: You all are making me hungry as you make those egg dishes. I cook my eggs scrambled with cheese mixed in it and not letting the eggs get hard. My eggs are cooked and served with sausage, and hash browns and that is the way I eat them most of the time. I also like eating an omelette also with ham, and cheese in it also.

Prius, I love you so much right now. I had to stop this video part way through, go out to the other room, and shudder: so far, every one of yall rejoiced in the gloopy yolks, which just made me want to barf. When (if) I order eggs at a diner or whatever, I always ask for them overcooked. Over-hard, crunchy whites, break the yolk, in other words NO SLIME Makes for a real problem, because I love hollandaise-slash-Benedict, but I cannot stand any snot anywhere in my poached egg, and always send it back for overcooking. They never get it right. Except McDonalds. They cook an egg to my preference. If a McMuffin had hollandaise, Id be there every day. So come at me, you said? I am And I will joyfully partake in your hard boiled white-parts only egg.

How can you eat scrambled eggs without some meat? Get some smoked sausage on the pan with a bit of butter, let it brown just a bit then add your eggs and cook while stirring till you get your desired consistency. Try it, you'll love it, just don't add much salt to the eggs if your sausage is salty enough.

My fav way to cook an egg is in an English muffin sandwich. Crack an egg into a small glass dish, break the yolk a bit, salt then throw into a microwave on high for a minute. Throw some shredded cheese on it then throw back in microwave for 15 sec. Toast an English muffin with butter

I appreciate Priya's honesty I eat eggs every now and then, but I find them to be a little much sometimes. For me, I'll just make an omelet where I add more whites to a single whole egg, so the richness is taken down a notch.

I find it weird when Molly takes a bite of her egg and then throws the fork in the sink. obviously no one else is gonna eat it and she may as well hold on to the fork or put it beside the plate so that we don't think she's wasteful

I like to do a soft-medium boiled egg, butter toast and cut vertically into strips. Put the egg in an egg holder, take the top off, and dunk the toast inside the hot yolk. Then I finish the rest with a small spoon.

I do think runny yolks are overrated. Even though I like the taste of a good yolk, it's no spectacular goal to make every egg into. Feels wrong just to throw them away though. Use every part of your egg.

I know that technically a French omelette is supposed to be ooey and gooey, but I can not get on board with that super soft consistency. Theres something about it that just seems wrong and unsettling to me.

so apparently I like ba videos so much I decided to torture myself with this one (you know, as a person who can't eat eggs, hasn't eaten an egg in 5 years, used to love eggs and is very salty about it)
